Absolutely never again. Very disappointing. Absolute dump. Last minute reservations for a family funeral booked a room for 4 adults and 1 child, ended up with a room with 2 double beds. 2 towels and 1 wash cloth, bathroom smelled like stale piss as did the whole room, Toilet was leaking into the floor and wobbling. Beds were terrible, hard as a rock and could feel the springs. The hair drier didn't work, ROACHES, No pool, BLOOD SPATTER IN THE BATHROOM CONSISTENT WITH PAINT TOUCH UPS. Drunks picking fights in the parking lot and yelling at other tenants, loud ass motorcycles and cars racing thru the parking lot. It is definitely NOT AS PICTURED, EVERYTHING IS GRAY. Room 216. Had I known photos would have been allowed, I would sure have posted them.

Overnight Stay I should have known as soon as we opened the door and it smelled like mold/mildew. Walked over to the bathroom sink and the smell was very moldy/mildew. On the bathroom counter was a dirty cleaning rag. Into the trash it went. On the back of the bathroom door was two dirty towels. How you going to take a shower now?? Our clothes smelled very musty. As we were leaving there were Corona bottles littering the parking lot along with empty cartons of Corona. As soon as we got home I washed all of our clothes. In the breakfast are I noticed the salt/pepper shakers had the letter P on them. You would think that there would be a S for salt and a P for pepper. I have to give them credit salt and pepper were written on the side of shakers. Oh get rid of the dead plant in dining area. I hate to say this we will not be back to this hotel anytime soon!!

So Disappointed The staff was so kind and helpful and I really wanted to give this hotel a better rating. It was conveniently located right off the expressway, I felt safe and the price was right. It was definitely dated but I was okay with that. The breakfast was acceptable, but that’s where it ended. Upon on arrival I noticed the shampoo was half used, there was only one hand towel, wash cloth and two hand towels. I was okay with that. Then I discovered there wasn’t any tissue. As someone with allergies this is a problem, but I was okay with that as well. My socks were sticking to the tile floor in front of the sink so I wore my shoes. No big deal. There were some laborers staying in the hotel drying their clothes on the railing and they blew onto our car. I didn’t care. I even went and hung them back on the railing. However, when I got charged $25.50 for dirty towels that were dirty from wiping up spilled water off their nasty floors, only then did I get angry. I called the manager Danny and he said that it was 4 towels, 2 wash cloths and a hand towel. We didn’t even have that many in our room! They wouldn’t remove the charge. I called corporate and they are investigating. To think that I left that lying housekeeper $10 really upsets me!
