Great service and clean facility! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They communicated quickly about my delivered packages and lost item. The property is clean and in a great location. Although I usually do green stay for points, my room was serviced properly the one day I requested. I’ve stayed here for a few weeks for work, and I’ll definitely be finishing out my work assignment here.

Peaceful So clean! Breakfast was perfect, room excellent, staff professional, courteous, and helpful! Plenty of top notch luxury! Parking very ample and elevators were quick and available. Work stations abound, laundry room clean and in excellent working condition! Stay here!

Would definitely stay here again! This hotel is very well kept, it's quiet and in a central location. They are in the process of updating all the rooms. Breakfast is great with nice selections. But where were the famous Holiday Inn cinnammon rolls? While there, we had a squeaky bathroom door, Ken Marlowe from Maintenance got it fixed for us ASAP. He was helpful, he was upbeat, he really made us feel welcome and gave us some great local ideas. Hotels can be nice, but it's the people that make or break the stay and Ken definitely stood out as exceptional! All in all, a great place to stay when you're visiting Bowling Green.

My high expectations were far exceeded. This Holiday inn Express far exceeded my high expectations. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable room and bed, unusually quiet for a weekend when there were ball teams in the motel. As an elderly female, I felt safe. Can't think of one bad thing to say. Thank you.
