Nice stay in Bozeman Overall, the property was nice. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do during our visit. We were greeted with a friendly staff member. Property seemed to be well maintained. Pool and hot tub were nice after a day of hiking and/or fishing. Coffee in the lobby was never hot, sadly. At best, it was luke warm. On several occasions I had to let someone know the coffee was empty and despite it being a fresh pot- luke warm again as if it were sitting in the back for quite some time. Breakfast: Not a fan of powdered eggs, so I can’t comment on those. My husband enjoyed the pulled pork one morning. Nice surprise. During the week they had fresh blueberries available for waffles which seemed a nice touch. Our room key deactivated at least once a day throughout our 5 day stay- and it was beyond frustrating. Especially seeing our room required us to cut through the pool (key entry required) to get to the front desk otherwise we had to walk around the entire hotel to get to the lobby. Front desk felt so badly for us- every time we came to replace our key. It got to the point, we just went right to front desk to get new keys every time we returned to the hotel. Not ideal. Overall, stay was fine otherwise. Room was quiet and towels / housekeeping were great.

Disappointed with price and room. Staff was awesome The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. I am a Hilton rewards member and had checked in online. I didn’t realize until we went to our room that I did not get the room I had checked into. I let that go, but then there was garbage in the can under the sink and the dishes looked dirty. We didn’t have enough towels and when I asked for more, was told they were out. The front desk staff went next door and got more towels. They have an airport shuttle and this is why we stayed there. I booked somewhere else on the way back and saved $100. It wasn’t Hilton but was just as nice.

Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a short-stay hotel Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a short stay hotel. I gotta say, I’ve been to a lot of hotels in the US and, as far as commuter/overnight hotels go, this was the best. We stayed a night when moving and we had two pets and three kids. The pet rooms are farthest from the main elevator, but for a reason. They are closest to the back elevator which goes right down to a secure door out back to a nice, grass, pet area with a cleanup bag station. The rooms were nice. Decor is nice. The staff is very friendly. But the breakfast; quite a pleasant surprise. Chicken carnitas and lots of accoutrements, along with the usual fare. Even the eggs were fluffy, somehow. And they had more of the little things. So impressed was I that I complimented the woman working the breakfast area and she seemed genuinely proud of her work and appreciative of my compliment. I wish more short-stay places along the freeway were like this.

Five Star Service Best hotel in the area right off the highway. Shirlay greeted me as I got in from driving in the middle of the night. Five star service. Every hotel should have someone like her. Friendly, informative, amazing representative for the hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.
