Amazing stay The room was extremely clean and organized. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Private beach right across the street and the hotel is very close to restaurants and shopping. We were within walking distance of the restuarants.

Mi sugerencia Very nice place and I had a good time with my partner and everything was very clean! The only thing is that I left a $40 tip in the room and the cleaner didn't receive it Of all the others, the pool is very beautiful and very close to the beaches on foot

Amazing stay - sorry to leave! This was my 1st visit to Tortuga Inn and won't be my last! We traveled with friends who come here every year and I can see why! The condos were very well equipped and had everything needed. The shower was amazing and the beds were very comfy. The toilets must be a bit old, because they are lower than newer toilets, but super minor issue. The front desk staff was always helpful and the lovely beach is right across the street. So easy to get to!

Great value, good location, good comfort. Great room with everything we needed. Very well equipped and superb location. Plenty of beach beds available over on the beach and beach umbrellas in your room. Bed very comfortable. Even has a bidet, to wash, well, your feet, or even other anatomy! Overall good value for money and we would be very happy to return.

Our 2nd Visit - beds are not good. There are many things to like about this resort. However, there are also some things that aren't so good. The staff were very friendly and polite. The location is perfect, the beach is incredible. However, last time we stayed in a Gulf View Studio, we really like the room, but the mattress was so bad we got the sofa bed out to sleep on. This time, I changed rooms and ordered a deluxe room. Very nice on first impressions. However, again the mattress was awful. I ended up on the sofa for 2 nights of our 4 night stay. This now means it can't be a coincidence that the mattresses are that bad. A few other little niggles - quite a lot of staining on the furniture and the dishwasher didn't work properly. I can look past all these, but not when you can't sleep in the bed. It's a shame. It has real potential. But I can't sleep in a room where the bed is un-sleepable. Based on this, sadly I will have to look elsewhere next time. I really like the place, I just don't want to sleep there!
