Very nice and helpful We stayed 8/4-8/7. With the time change from traveling, clerk let us check in early. Staff was very helpful the whole time we were there. Great hot breakfast, Valerie was exceptionally helpful, answering questions and removing our plates when finished. We looked forward to Valerie greeting us each morning, every one had a great personality, however, Valerie was at the top. We will stay here again next time we are in Branson.

Great breakfast crew, some room issues. Great breakfast crew!! 5 stars for them!! Attentive and helpful and went above and beyond!! Thank you Valerie, Ingrid, Monique, Sutana, and Yaheida!!! Good location. Room was a little cramped for 5 people. No counter space. The bathtub and sink drains weren’t draining. The part on the shower head to change the type of spray was broken off and the one it was stuck on was not strong at all. Both indoor and outdoor pools was cool.

Amazing service Amazing breakfast and Valarie was an amazing talented staff made sure all our needs and wants were accommodated for. Very clean rooms and pools. The indoor pool was closed one day but we used it the next two. The outdoor pool was just as nice and clean.

Lodging in Branson The hotel is older and dated in some ways. Our room was very basic but everything was clean and in working order. The morning breakfast was consistently good and the staff were very friendly and attentive to keeping the food replenished and the tables clean. Special thanks to the breakfast staff: Valerie, Monique, Yahaeida, Sustain (spelling) and Ingrid (cook). We did not use either of the pools, but they looked inviting. Our only complaint was the lack of cleaning in the foyer areas at the elevator and the elevator itself.

Nice Weekend in Branson! Our room was clean and ready upon arrival. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub which is open 24/7. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the service at Continental breakfast from Valerie, Monique, Sultania, Yoheida and Ingrid (cook). Jason at the front desk helpful this evening with our questions. We will be back.
