Family Fun Vacation This hotel is very nice! We had two connecting rooms with a balcony and a view of the river and landing. There are two pools and hot tubs, inside and outside. The restaurant has very good food, but is it pricey and not open all the time. All other snacks and drinks at the hotel are also expensive. There is a starbucks across the street. The best thing about this hotel is it is walking distance to The Landing and it had a good view! The beds were comfortable, but the AC in one room was struggling since it was so hot outside. I wish there had been free coffee available in the lobby all morning and it would be better if there was free breakfast. We had a good time!

Super overpriced in every way. Where to begin? It looks great on the outside. The lobby is spectacular. Staff is great. The view from our room was interesting, if you like looking down at traffic. I had high hopes for this place. It was a splurge that we usually don't do. I continued to be disappointed throughout the stay unfortunately. The room was underwhelming, especially for the price ($300). It felt drab and tired. The bed was worn out and had very little support. There were marks on the wall and I wonder if the place has ever been updated. Traffic noise was amplified and the doors slam. So whenever people would come & go, the doors would slam behind them. You could hear people talking in the hallway, kids yelling, which says the walls are thin. The balcony was cool but it was raining so we didn't get to enjoy it. The worst part of the stay was the prices. The room was high, but the restaurant was astronomical. $13 for a chicken sandwich (only) with shaved chicken on white bread, $8 for toast, $19 for a "piece" of cake that could've fed 5 people. Plus 21% room service fee and $2 delivery fee. A white bread chicken & swiss sandwich and a giant piece of cake cost us $45. Plus whatever we tipped the delivery person. I know it's Branson and this was right by the Promenade. But we've stayed in this area before for less and a much better experience. Live and learn, the hard way.

Top floor view unbeatable. Location is everything. Location is everything and this has it, the penthouse a must as all super tall glass windowed wall facing the lake, Landing and hills, but the cost has risen dramatically! The rooms could use some refreshing at this point, our 3rd stay in 13 years. Decor the same as our first stay, the curtains are very hard to pull, the mattress could have been a bit better, bathroom tiled floors very slick and had to get extra towels, but with that said still a wonderful room, fantastically large, and the view indeed everything. Side note: Garden tub, not jetted, sigh, and very hard to get out of, needs a handle badly, so be careful if my age+ (56). Parking still inexpensive at $15 daily, mine was comped as birthday perk, and right next to center. Service excellent, went above and beyond, and any issue dealt with quickly and efficiently. Men at front desk were lovely, very accomodating. Bikes for riding now available a nice touch. Did have some cons, elevator on the single side was loud and thumped a bit, though the two on other side seemed fine, and folks seemed determined to overcrowd them, a no-no in our travels as not polite and dangerous. The "newer" outdoor pool I was excited about had ducks in it, and was super cold on a 91 degree day as filling at 7pm. Outdoor jacuzzi did not work, though one guest said it had worked the night before, yet maid said it comes and goes, that is a shame, and it was sadly dirty. The indoor pool not much better as only 4 foot in middle and 3 on sides, so for children, and it's a convention center so what were they thinking!! The interior jacuzzi did work and nice, but many guests trying to use was an issue. The gym adequate and clean. The grounds well kept as a whole, and some flowers were absolutely stunning! 3 minute walk to Landing helps offset the cost, def worth a stay, and they do have cheaper single rooms. Loved hearing the band play while on the balcony, incredible vibe and light show! Solid 3.5 until outdoor issues corrected, then a 4.

Wedding festivities and Branson getaway We have stayed at the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel several times and recently hosted our wedding room block, welcome party, and after party at this exceptional venue. The hotel is stunning, super clean, and perfectly located with beautiful views that add to its charm. The customer service is superior, with every staff member contributing to a fantastic experience. Our guests had nothing but positive things to say about the hotel and their stay. Special recognition goes to Logan, who managed our wedding room block. She was nothing short of amazing, providing immense assistance especially given that we are not local to the area. Logan went above and beyond, adding beautiful details and delivering outstanding customer service. We highly recommend the Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel for its breathtaking aesthetics, immaculate cleanliness, prime location, and exemplary service. Our wedding and overall experience were unforgettable, thanks to the dedication and excellence of the hotel's staff.
