Wonderful. First, I am a saver and have a hard time sounding money, but my family encouraged me to book a room here. Secondly. I often plan vacations that are filled with doing different things. However, when planning to stay here I hoped my family could relax by the pool, and wander off grounds a limited amount of times. The temps were in the 90's for our entire stay, so the pool was PERFECT. We did leave for food, and to go to Branson landing, but other than that we stayed on the grounds. At first I worried that the basic king suite would be cramped and lacking. I was wrong. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 teen daughters (15 and 18). It was perfect since they are fairly independent...(tip...get room keys for your teens!).In addition to the king bed, there was a full sleeper sofa. We were surprised by a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishes, coffee pot. With grills on the premises We could have grilled, but did not. There is also FREE laundry facilities on the 3rd floor of each building, and a single use detergent package in each room. I would happily return here. Knowing that it was worth every penny.

Wow what a disappointment We checked in on Saturday the room was filthy! There was pizza on the floor from the previous guest. It was apparent that they had not vacuumed the floor. Nor wipe down the chair because they were sticky from someone spilling something on several of them. We were told we had to wash our own towels. Excuse me?? For 400.00 per night. I don’t want to vacuum, wash towels or clean a unit before I allow my family to sleep it in. I would have left if there were another hotel available. The toilet flooded ( Holly did come and clean it very fast). There was gnats flying around. Just gross!! My husband spoke with the manager and his response was the new staff need to be trained better… what? No compensation of any kind. They should have paid us to stay here. Huge disappointment. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Resort that doesn’t act like one From when we pulled up until when we left we have been disappointed. There was no signage when we pulled up marking that we arrived at Marriott Willow Ridge, making us question if we were even at the right place. When we checked in, staying for 3 nights, they informed us there is no daily room cleanings and we are allowed 1 towel exchange, and if we wanted more than that we’d have to pay a fee or do laundry ourself. Not a great start since I replace my towels daily (sorry I know that isn’t environmentally friendly). On Saturday we decided to head to the pool around 4:30. It was nice, I went and ordered a drink from the cabana, and then without warning they closed the cabana at 5 with everyone asking why. We ended this activity early. On Sunday after a long day of being out and about at Silver Dollar City, top of the rock, and mini golf, we were looking forward to playing shuffleboard when we got back after dinner. The shuffleboard court is lit up and right next to the pool where there is music playing. I was informed by the front desk that they only checkout the equipment until 8pm (it was a few minutes after 8). I asked why since they said the pool was open until 10pm. They stated the equipment is run by the activities group at the cabana. I asked why they shut that down at 5pm the day before and they didn’t have a response. So basically I paid way too much to not really enjoy the resort features. Would have been better off staying at the Fairfield Inn in town for way less money. We will not be back and honestly I’d like a refund.

Do not expect a hotel or resort. It’s a timeshare property. As a Marriott titanium member I expected a Marriott resort. An actual Marriott property with services like towels. The woman checking me in was fantastic which is why I agreed to stay 2 of our 3 nights originally booked. This should not be advertised as a Marriott. It is a timeshare. Guests should not expect anything different than staying at an Airbnb. If that’s your thing this might be ok.

Beautiful hotel; Great Stay Overall We had a 1 bedroom villa for our family of four. Stayed i n unit 2102 for four nights. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this property. Pros: - Our kids enjoyed the pools. Friendly lifeguards. Main outdoor pool was very busy, but no real complaints. Indoor pool was quieter. There was a nice kiddie pool too. - Loved the in-unit washer and dryer. They even had 2 boxes of detergent. - Big room with nice, clean, up-to-date decor. There was a big wooden map of table rock lake as a headboard, which was cool. - Gorgeous , well-maintained landscaping with lots of shade and mature trees. Cons: - No daily housekeeping. We knew this before coming, but still disappointed. I know this was a concern during Covid, but many hotels are returning to daily housekeeping- this one is not. We would have loved to have the beds made and garbage cans emptied. - Screen door to patio had a ripped screen (by handle) and didn’t open or close easily. - This hotel uses the cheapest toilet paper we’ve ever seen. We had to go to grocery store to get our own TP. - Some obsolete covid rules are still in place. Pool table- close due to covid. Only one person allowed in the elevator at a time due to covid. (Even your own family?) - Road signage. Google maps took us to the back entry to the hotel (small unmarked road next to Holiday In n Express). There was no sign or address number. We thought we were in the wrong place. The back entrance is convenient, but a sign would be helpful. - I wish there was some food on property. No restaurant. No continental breakfast. No room service. The do have the “hitching post” cabana by the pool, but the only non-drink item they had was Dippin’ Dots ice cream.
