Friendly and helpful staff, clean, affordable, unique themed room I checked in as a last minute guest with no reservation, as I have been on a road trip and wasn’t expecting to stop in Branson. Heather Madrid at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and set me up with a room that had a very comfortable king sized bed and a jacuzzi tub with a stone surround and waterfall. The room is definitely unique and fun. The hotel seems approximately clean and tidy, and i would stay here again.

Awful hotel The worst experience ever. It was our anniversary/bday, the tub/hot tub was not clean. The hotel carpet was not clean & it smelled bad. We are Hilton owners, we could’ve stayed at one, opposed to that dump. Discover Branson don’t book with them__

Disgustingly filthy Linens were filthy and tattered. Requested new linens and got more dirty, literally cum-stained crusty sheets. Washcloths had body oils and filth on them. Bed covers had dirty bootprints and stains.Given excuse that laundry was short-staffed and maintenance was short-staffed. No cover on remote control. Knobs missing from cabinets. No excuse for the filth.

Awesomely Fantastic The Tahitian Nights Theme Room is awesomely amazing! The beach themed painted walls are comforting and the HUGE bathroom with the burgandy colored jetted tub and potty are cool! Separate bedroom was comfy bed and AC was cold. Staff was wonderful, and the front desk clerk assisted with AARP discount upon check in. The grand babies loved the arcade and the ice cream purchased in the lobby. The hot breakfast buffet was delicious and we enjoyed meeting fellow guests and the long shared tables. We've stayed here the 3 times we've visited Branson and will choose this hotel every time.

Good stay would stay again if price was right. We had a nice time. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable. It could have been cleaner, dirty top sheet and hair in the bathtub. Nothing outrageous but still could have been better. Pool was nice and clean. Take cash for arcade it only takes tokins.
