Great place to stay! My parents had a flood in their home and had to stay in a hotel for 2 weeks and the staff here were wonderful! They were constantly asking if there was anything we needed or anything they could do for us (my parents have limited mobility due to a stroke and a fall). The rooms are very nice, the pool was clean, the laundry facilities were cleaned daily, the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen! I have to say though the friendly staff was what made this experience much easier for us all. Highly recommend!!

Wrong Choice We stayed here last minute on a road trip to Dahlonega. Most recent reviews were okay so we chose this. Staff were friendly, but only one staff person at night with about 7 people checking in. Lady was so nice and trying her hardest to get the line moving. The hotel rooms weren’t as clean as I would have hoped, but the lobby area appeared clean. The noise…AWFUL! People were talking down the hall past 11:00pm—not sure if they had door open or not, but I wasn’t walking down in my PJs and didn’t want to bother the over worked attendant. My 4 year old had trouble falling and staying asleep. At barely 7am, there was a staff member was apparently training someone and you could hear them talking with just regular voices. Pass on this hotel if you stay in Bremen.

Bad hotel choice The friendly staff is why I gave this two stars. Only one person to check in numerous people waiting to be checked in but the lady was very nice. Extremely noisy rooms, reasonably clean rooms and sub-par breakfast selection. We chose to go to Waffle House. I have been in a lot better Holiday Inn properties. The Cracker Barrel and Waffle House may be the only redeeming qualities of Bremen

GREAT STAY! Ms. Tiffany was phenomenal. Excellent support, check-in was a lil bit of a wait as we had a very party (wedding), & Ms. Tiffany was working alone. Eventually it worked out, through Ms. Tiffany’s juggling act, some patience & understanding from all & the desire to not start off on the “ wrong foot?” So, once checked in & settled into our rooms, we soooooo enjoyed our stay & family event….

Decorated war vet charged 250.00 for his service dog with all the papers certifying there working dogs My son was wounded in the war. He has 2 epilepsy dogs from the disabled American vets. They are small 7 and 13 pounds. There small hairless and can detect my son befor a seizure starts. We checked in late after 11 pm with Mathew. I told him we have 2 very small service dogs and I have him my paperwork from the armed forces and another from the disabled vets proving they were service dogs. The room was smelly the hallway stench like broken sewage pipes. I should have just left then because the room was not to our standards. The next morning was cross examined by the morning front desk. By law according to the disability attorney I have hired your not suppose to be cross examined for what we need the service dog for. Because they overcharged us for our room and placed a 250.00 cleaning fee on my card that left me a 66 year old lady with a decorated war vet with head trauma stranded without the gas money needed to return home. I am a retired RN and I recognized the staff high as a kite. Extremely unhappy with there jobs and money grubbing people that the GM is out of the country for another month it was by far the worse hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life.
