Overnight Stay in Bridgeport Hotel and our room were clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was large. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Unapologetic staff I was here with a conference group at the beginning of November. The conference center connected was great. However, we had an instance of an employee walking into a females room unannounced and with no apology or explanation as to why they were in there. The front desk employee didn’t apologize when it was addressed. The door to my room was hard to latch, could easily be pushed open & there was also blood on one of the pillows on the bed. When I told the front desk, the man asked me if I was sure it was blood instead of apologizing - I am in a hospital daily, I know what blood looks like. The hotel needs improvement on guest - staff interactions and taking responsibility when at fault.

Ok if you need a fairly inexpensive stay. The staff was lovely, but that's where the niceness ended. The room was in dire need of a deep clean (it was as clean as the staff could get it, it would require carpet shampooing and upholstery cleaning to put a dent in the rest). The bathtub was quite rusty, and all of the lighting was dim. The hotel needs a renovation.

Not Wyndham Standard Cauld mold, peeled paint, rusted door frame, bathroom smelled like urine, watered down coffee, will stay elsewhere next trip up to see friends.

Great service, clean and would stay again! The service was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful when needed. I would definitely recommend it.
