True old fashioned American hospitality I spent 3 nights at the hotel, the room was large and comfortable, the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. You also get a free breakfast, all well prepared, beautifully laid out, and the perfect start to your day. Couldn’t fault a moment of our stay.

Overnight for Salem adventures This is a no-frills type hotel. The check in was easy, the room was clean and the pool was open. There is free parking on site along with a regular continental breakfast one would expect. The water was hot, the location was easy to get to, and it beat staying in Salem!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Night time lady at the front desk is extremely rude , never gave me a smile or any kindness. I travel for work stay in hotels every night never in my life have I ever smoked in a room!!! I checked in took a shower within 30 min of me being in my room, the room phone rings when i answer I was wrongfully accused of smoking and when I went to the desk and asked her to go step inside my room to prove that I wasn’t she said she wasn’t allowed to go in a room.! I was very disappointed in a way i felt targeted ,she proceeded to tell me she would cancel my reservation and issue a refund, I check my choice hotel app this morning and it was never cancelled it was like I still stayed overnight, I called multiple times to speak to a manager I get denied also asked for her name on several occasions and she ignored me and when I called and asked she hung up the phone. This is very unnecessary and unacceptable I’ve never in my LIFE had to deal with this type of cruelty.. something needs to be done!!!!!!!

Carpet Smell like FEET Chose this location because it was close to family but found it very disappointing. The room smelled like feet and I mean feet. It was disgusting and no matter how much I sprayed the room just smelled. My husband and I have stayed in many hotels and resorts in our times of travel and I truly believe like the resorts no hotel inn should have carpets in the rooms. It should be all floors. 5 star resorts do not have carpets in their rooms and the floors are mopped and washed with a cleaning solution every day. Carpets are breeders of germs and filth and that is exactly what Country Inn & Suites by Raddison, Brockton, MA was. ONLY stayed two nights and left for another hotel. I booked this through AAA Travel and again very dissapointed.

Needs Some Help! I want to love this place. But. Although it's a typical small average hotel, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with some of the bathrooms a bit upgraded (we've stayed here several times as it's close to extended family). and the front desk staff were very friendly (especially the young woman in the early evening), the breakfast options are horrible. Typical American but NO vegetarian or vegan options. No nut based milks, no oatmeal, no berries. Yes there are apples and bananas. There are some cereal choices but half of them are sugar loaded and again, no nut based milk options for those of us who need dairy free. No plant based meats are offered nor are there multi grain choices for the plethora of bagels, bread, pastries. This hotel would do well to start offering some plant based options, even if just starting with oatmeal and nutbased milks!! thankfully i brought my own almond milk this time.
