Not so great!!!! The room was clean and mostly comfortable, but we were given a first-floor room whilst the elevator was out of order. Reception staff said our room was just at the top of the stairs which was not correct (it was at the end of the hallway) so as we had a lot of luggage, we asked for a room on the ground floor but were told there were not any. Again, after the first night stay, I checked and was told that there was rooms available on the ground floor...not happy with that!!!! There are no places to eat near the hotel so you will need transport to get to any.

Great Service We stopped by here to find a last minute room late at night after a different hotel messed up our reservation. There were no rooms available, but the night clerk Curtis took the time to help us call around to find another place to stay. We were so grateful to him for going above and beyond to help us out.

Good Overnight This is a good place to overnight. It's a solid Comfort Inn with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast is adequate and the facilities clean. The hotel is a bit dated and probably needs a refresh, but it's just fine for a night or two. There isn't much around the hotel, but it is close to the interstate.

Bedbugs Bedbugs. One star is one too many for this comfortless inn. Bedbugs. Yep, woke in the middle of the night to bedbug bites and bugs and signs of them on the pillow and blankets. Bad enough, but it only got worse when Tonya at the front desk acted as though it was a normal occurrence, couldn't remember what room we said we were in (we followed up later), never said sorry, and claimed "her hands were tied" around a room refund. Do what you have to--sleep in your car or on the sidewalk--avoid this place.
