5 stars for families! I recently stayed at this hotel with my family on our way to Fayetteville to see more family. Because I stayed with the family and all the kids I needed connecting rooms. Keesha made sure this happened for us! Because we had the connecting rooms we didn’t have to run in and out in the hallway and that helped us stay more contained, which I appreciate! Keesha was so understanding and helpful she really just made our stay at the hotel!! Oh, and they had free breakfast which was good so that helped us save some coins which was needed this trip! Thank you!

Very pleasant surprise. Traveling on business in the area. The 2 ladies at the front desk were terrific and very polite. It is really appreciated to find outstanding customer service. Both Sheneka and Latasha were extremely professional. They even offered me water and answered any questions I had with a smile. Would definitely stay at this location business or pleasure. Way to go to you and your team!

Overall very pleased with the experience. The room was nice and very clean. The staff was phenomenal. Every single staff member was happy and polite. They made the hotel a very pleasant place to stay. If you have children I would say the pool would be awesome. But as an adult it wasn't what I was looking for. It was inside and cold. Though very clean and not overly chlorinated. Also there is no hot tub. Everything else was top notch. The breakfast was awesome!

Great Hampton Inn! We made the reservation through the Hilton Honors app about an hour before check-in. After about an 8-hour drive from Gatlinburg, TN, we were delighted to find a room with a king-size bed. Check-in was friendly and quick. The room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the lamp by the chair for reading, though the chair was not my style and was uncomfortable for me. The motel's location is tricky to get to, though it is convenient to I-30. We would certainly stay here again.

Awesome place We stayed here last year on way to St. Louis and on our way home too. It is so clean, quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. We’ll be back in August this year and on our annual trip next year. We have been able to get the same room every time__
