Best hotel I stayed so far Stayed at this hotel for 1 week ,, never had a problem with my stay ,, room was always clean , staff was always friendly & helpful . . Breakfast area was always clean , food was good for breakfast . Going to extend my stay for 1 more week. Manager help with rates as well. Thank you

I demand a partial refund!! I had a family emergency that brought me to the hotel late at night so they overcharged me sadly the next morning I had yet another family emergency so I had to leave early and they would not refund me for one night's stay!! This was not my only negative encounter with a Wyndham hotel. Never again will I stay at a Wyndham location! I will also be leaving a Yelp review! The vending machines were not working and I was denied a bottle of water from the kitchen but offered a cup to get water from the bathroom facet! I was charged $380 for what ended up being a around a 15-hour stay!!!! Wyndham ripped me off when I was in desperate need!!

Bad service Staffs are not helpful, rude and not friendly. Housekeepers are not very good at their job. Good things about this place are location and breakfast.

No working toilet - and they didn’t care at ALL. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had (and I travel extensively for work and pleasure). I understand that it this is an economic hotel but you should have a functioning toilet in the room. We reported this immediately as soon as we checked in and asked for a different room and we denied, but we were told that it would be fixed immediately the next morning so we had to use the bathroom in the lobby until then. The next day they never fixed the bathroom and the front desk still had no new room for us. They also never fix the toilet so we had to stay stay there for two days and use the lobby bathroom the entire time. I was traveling with a young child. Upon check out, I complained and let them know that the toilet wasn’t functioning and they could not care less. I was told I would get a call from the manager, but they never called me back. I called back the next week to speak to somebody and they had no record of anything being wrong with the room and had no idea that there was a, broken toilet in their facility. I don’t know what kind of game these guys are playing but this is a ridiculously shady hotel. DO NOT EVER BOOK! By the way, we were here for an annual dance competition BTS which brings a lot of business for this hotel every year around mid April. I will be reaching out to all the local studios and the dance competition to let them know about our experience and put this on the do not book list.

Who needs a toilet in their room anyway?! Overall- just gross. This is not worth saving a few dollars. My stay was for 2 nights to be in town for an event. During that time, at no point did we have a working toilet in our room. With kids. I called the night we arrived and realized there was a problem and they told us someone would be to fix it the next day. We were told “there is a lobby bathroom that’s available“, but it’s not enjoyable to have to walk young kids down to a lobby bathroom in the middle of the night. This hotel does not have a pool however, if you flush the toilet, you will get a pool in your bathroom and in addition if you shower, this will also leak adding to the water experience. I called again to have maintenance. Help us without complaint yet still no one showed up , the “front desk” help is the equivalent of talking to a stale ham sandwich. I was charged for the full amount of the stay never having any of the facilities that are standard in a hotel room. Don’t. Do. It.
