Good experience The hotel is being renovated. They are doing a section at a time so we never heard the updating nor was there any paint smell. It was nice quotes and the remodeling is great. Beautiful. And lrelaxing. And yes quite. Even a guest laundry room. Breakfast was ok. It nice.

Great value Great value for the money! We have traveled from Virginia to the north and south rim of the Grand Canyon and all in between. All we ask for is a clean room with a comfy bed, soft pillows and great water pressure in the shower. The Quality Inn & Suites in Burkburnett, TX provided all of the above. PLUS self serve laundry for $4.25. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because better planning on staff's end might have meant a full breakfast for guests. Many items were missing from the breakfast bar. Shout out to Camila for her outstanding service, authentic smile and perky disposition!! She made our one night stay enjoyable. She is an asset to this company and surely will be missed, as she moves onto better things in far away places

Complaint filed on booking for 2/17/2024 When I arrived at the hotel around 11 pm, there were notices on the walls and in the elevator that there was not hot water to the rooms. The notes stated that if you wanted to leave, they would fund you 100% of your charge; if you decided to stay they would charge you 50%. When I got to the room there was no water whatsoever. I never even unpacked my bags. I left the room and saw the clerk with some other guests in the room next to mine I told her that there was no way that I could stay there with no water and I wanted a full refund. She said okay. I got to the front desk and waited about 10-15 minutes for her to return. When she didn't return, I wrote on a napkin that I was leaving and wanted a full refund, and left my key. When I was putting the note on her desk, I saw a written note that said the fire department had shut all water off to the hotel about 15 minutes before my arrival. I left and drove back to Wichita Falls to get another room. I filed a compliant with my credit card and this week learned that they will not honor my dispute and return my charge. They said that the hotel said that I received my services rendered, did not give 24 hours cancellation notice (the desk clerk said they had not had telephone service for a couple of days) and should pay the charge. I am filing another reconsideration. Among other things, the hotel smelled, the floors were nasty with dirt and grim, the elevator carpet was deplorable, and there were holes in the wall and paint scrapped off. Nasty nasty condition.

Horrible and unsanitary experience Not sure where to even begin but this hotel is so unclean we didn’t even want to sleep in the bed or use the bathroom. I was told on the phone the hotel is 100% nonsmoking yet our room reeked of cigarette smoke and also had another horrible smell like old Chinese food. The comforter and sheets had cigarette stains on them some of which looked fresh as if the bed was not clean. You’ll be lucky if you get soap or toilet paper. The phones in the room aren’t even connected with a phone cord so don’t try calling the front desk. They tried to fit queen sheets on a king bed?! The chairs in the room and carpet are all stained. I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes south to Wichita Falls.

HORRIBLE hote... Do NOT stay here!!! Saying this is a horrible horrible hotel can't possibly convey how bad this place is! We stayed at the Kiowa casino hotel the night before but didn't have reservations for Sunday night, so we wanted someplace close. When we were checking out, I told them that we were going to the Red River Inn Best Western for our last night. She made a face and said that she'd heard a lot of complaints about that hotel. I told her it got decent reviews and would be okay. Boy was I WRONG!!! SIDE NOTE: Amy at the BWI front desk is the only positive aspect of an otherwise horrific experience that I am going to detail. Thank you Amy for trying to make the best of a bad situation! Anyway, we showed up at 4pm check-in time and Amy booked us into room 211. We went up and opened the door to the room... it reeked of cigarette smoke and the bed looked like it had just been slept in. We went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. Amy asked the maintenance guy Chance to go up and verify the room was clean. He radioed down and said it was okay. So we went up a 2nd time and Chance was cleaning fingerprints off the full-length mirror. He was really nice and was apologetic for the cleaning and said he'd come back if we needed anything. The rest of the room looked and smelled fine. When he left, we opened the door to the bathroom and gagged. The shower was dirty with mildew spots and hair in the drain. The toilet had stains around the rim, the toilet paper roll was empty. Ugghhh! Again, did they not clean this room?!While my husband called down to the front desk to ask if they'd come back to clean the bathroom, I went to the bed and lifted the duvet. Disgusting!!! There were lots of dark hairs and some kind of crumbs under the covers. I pulled them back even further and found cigarette ashes in the bed. WTF??? We immediately went downstairs and asked for a complete refund. There is no way we'd stay there! My husband went to put the bags in the car while I asked for the refund. While he was doing so, he saw Chance and a young lady with a clipboard (yep... cleaning gal) walking through the parking lot. She was wearing gym shorts, a ratty tshirt and SOCKS. NOT even remotely professional attire at all. My husband saw her stub her cigarette out on the wall next to the door and put the stub behind her ear when she came in. It took me one whiff to know who had been smoking in the room upstairs. Freaking YUCK!!! Amy processed our refund and gave us the manager's card in the event we were billed. I later found out that the hotel was no longer a part of the Best Western chain; they just hadn't changed the signage yet. If you're looking for a clean hotel with a national reputation for quality, this definitely isn't it!!!
