Very good experience We spent the night at the hotel after attending an event there. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. During the event the manager pand the chef were on hand, circulating ,greeting guests and checking to make sure they lacked for nothing. The staff was friendly, attentive and efficient without being intrusive. It was a very positive experience and we want to thank them for their kindness.

Multiple broken features - checked out early This stay was plagued by a growing list of broken features, and a demeaning interaction with a host in the breakfast restaurant. However, the problem was handled brilliantly by an extraordinarily caring front desk staff member who facilitated our early move to a better hotel to complete our stay. Broken items were: (1) hot tub, surrounded with yellow caution tape. A major disappointment as this was the feature that promped our choice of this hotel. (2) a broken elevator, or at least one with a 'do not use' sign. However, the 'broken' elevator still initially opened when I hit the call button, which prevented the second 'non-broken' elevator from opening. I had to board the broken elevator temporarily and send it to a higher floor just to get it out of the way, so the functioning 'non-broken' elevator's doors would open. (3) TV worked in the evening, but failed to respond to the remote in the morning. A swapping of remotes did not help. (4) The exceptional desk staff member initially comped us breakfast due to our troubles. But when my family visited the restaurant and tried clarifying what items in HGI's three-tier breakfast pricing would be comped, I was demeaned by the host during bill payment who made a very loud and embarrassing display of "see, you don't owe us anything". I signed and walked out, embarrassed and disgusted. I then proceeded to the desk and asked the very kind desk staff member to accommodate us at the partner property next door (also Hilton), which she obliged with tremendous friendliness and efficiency. Thank goodness she was there to cushion an otherwise disastrous (1 night of 4 reserved) stay.

Good hotel Reasonable cost, clean room but dated compared to other hotels in the area, bed was fine. Pool and hot tub were nice features I took advantage of. I saw a bar and restaurant and a small gym but did not use. Check in was swift and overall I had an enjoyable stay

Average Stay Decent stay at this hotel. Good location, just off the freeway and has good amount of parking. Check in was efficient. Rooms a little dated but the breakfast staff are very friendly. AC unit was very noisy in the room. Good selection of foods at continental breakfast.

Impeccable Service The staff at Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Burlington truly go above and beyond. Ehab Mousa, the food and beverage manager, deserves special recognition. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction are commendable. Whether it’s recommending a delicious dish at the Garden Grille & Bar or ensuring a seamless dining experience, Ehab’s passion shines through. Cutting-Edge Technology: One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s innovative use of technology. The robotic guest services were both cool and efficient. Need extra towels or a late-night snack? Just send a request via the robot, and it will swiftly deliver your items to your room. It’s like having a friendly automaton concierge! Comfortable Accommodations: My room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The plush bed ensured a restful night’s sleep, and the modern amenities made my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the indoor pool and fitness center provided a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The Garden Grille & Bar: The hotel’s on-site restaurant, The Garden Grille & Bar, exceeded my expectations. The menu offers a delightful variety of dishes, and the quality of the food is outstanding. In summary, Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Burlington is a gem in the heart of Ontario. With its exceptional service, cutting-edge technology, and comfortable accommodations, it’s a top choice for travelers. I can’t wait to return and experience Ehab’s warm hospitality once again!
