An overnight pitstop On a recent trip to New Orleans, we decided to stop at this hotel, which was about halfway. Breaking up the trip was much more enjoyable. The hotel is located right off the exit ramp with lots of restaurants all around. We chose one of the local, Mexican restaurants, which was delicious, the hotel was very clean and up-to-date. Staff was very friendly and as always the holiday Inn hot breakfast was great.

A get away trip Staff was excellent. Room was very clean. Shower was great. WiFi was excellent. Great to see a fantastic breakfast. We did not hear any noise from our room at night. Staff recommended a wonderful restaurant to eat at. Would be nice to have a larger elevator or 2 elevators. Also, more than one luggage cart. Anyway, a great stay and an excellent hotel

No notice of pool closure We decided to travel with my husband on this work trip, because this hotel has an indoor/outdoor pool. We planned to swim while he worked. However, to our disappointment, when we arrived, there was a sign on the door of the pool saying it was closed. There was absolutely no notice of this on the website or the ihg app. My kids were upset because there’s not much to do in Byram. Also, the breakfast attendant didn’t replenish any food for the last 40 minutes of breakfast this last sunday. We arrived 40 minutes before breakfast was over, and there was no bacon or sausage left. I thought surely they would bring more out, but no. Our room was clean and quiet, and overall this ihg hotel is a lot like the rest of them.

Clean room and nice employees The room was very clean. Ebony and Alex at the front desk were really nice and helpful. I changed rooms because the air conditioner in my first room was making a clanging sound, but it was no problem. I generally like holiday inn hotels as they usually seem to be well managed.

Excellent staff! The folks at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating - very hospitable and welcoming. The breakfast server was patient and did a great job serving everyone as quickly as possible. The only issue I noted was a lack of parking the first night we were here (it was sold out).
