Great Hotel Fantastic place to stay. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was nice (but ended too early) and the staff was super friendly.

The elevators being down and not being notified The elevators were down and I wasn’t notified we were placed on the 4th floor and the breakfast wasn’t what was promised or stated

Completely unacceptable Elevators broken during our stay, breakfast very plain, when we arrived construction workers drinking beer outside the main doors in front of check in entrance.

Nice Hotel & Wonderful Staff This hotel is very clean and centrally located to everything Grand Rapids has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean but old & outdated, great staff, decent breakfast, bring a cooler Bring a cooler fridge isn't cold. Tissue is rough. They clean your room everyday so take all personal items off your bed when you leave for the day. Adjoining restaurant not open-disappointed about that.
