Good value hotel! Enjoyed our stay, very good value. Breakfast was good. Pool area was cold in the morning and evening and got busy during the day. Short and cheap taxi to town. Highway in front of the hotel is hard to cross

Half the hotel is uninhabitable For anyone considering staying here and you have no other choice - please take note of the following detail. I wish we had the benefit of this info beforehand. DO NOT allow them to check you in to rooms on the West wing of the hotel. Literally half the hotel on all levels from 15-21 stack are uninhabitable due to a faulty water heater pump. The pump creates a tremendous BANG all day & all night. Literally 1-2 BANGS EVERY MINUTE, non stop. When management was confronted, they admitted that it's an ongoing problem that cannot be fixed. When we asked the front desk agent about it, the manager walked away rather than addressing the problem. She returned when we insisted that we speak to the manager. She asked if we wanted to change rooms. When we said we were checking out, she offered us a free stay next time. Then she proceeded to blame the check in agent for giving us the room. Why would you blame your staff for renting a room that is not on down status? She admitted that they rent the rooms when the hotel is full. Wow. Management clearly has no regard for their staff or guest comfort. Why would we come back to this hotel? We gave it a chance because it is the sister property of the Hotel Catedral in La Paz, which we stay at least once per month. It's a shame because this place has potential, if it weren't for for incompetent management.

Avoid, Crooks Horrible service, run down rooms, TV did not work, and when requested a refund I waited for the Manager, Mireya and she refused to refund the additional nights not used. My breakfast coupons they filled out but kept for themselves. They are crooks, stay someplace else.

Small family friendly hotel. Here is a little three star gem perfect if you don’t want to be in a big hotel with a lot of people. Family friendly with a small pool and area to relax. It takes five min by car or a brisk twenty min walk to get to downtown. Clean with very friendly staff. The rooms are a decent size. Only minus is the restaurant, if you eat from menu there is not so much to choose from. But! If you order in advance they can make a really tasty dinner. Some pictures are from a restaurant the other side of the street, well worth a visit.

It had everything we needed in a hotel for the night We arrived in Cabo a day early and needed a place to stay for one night. I found Los Patios Hotel via the Southwest airlines website to earn extra rapid reward points. Before arriving, we asked about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They recommended taking the "Ruta del Desierto" bus which stops in front of the hotel. Since we had extra luggage and golf clubs, we took a cab. If you don't have much luggage and want a good deal, the bus is a great option. The hotel is located between Costco and Walmart. There are some restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. We took a short Uber ride to Walmart to stock up on supplies for the week. The hotel is really cute and very clean, and was decorated for Christmas. Our room was on the second floor, with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. There is no elevator. Since we had so much stuff it was quite the workout checking in and out. The bathrooms have a shower but no tub. We had one bed, one lounge chair, a desk, mini frig, tv, and hammock on balcony. The courtyard has a pool, hot tub, with lots of seating. There is a bar and restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating. We had margaritas after checking in, and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast included a choice of two options, along with toast, juice and coffee. As a gluten free vegan, the only food option at breakfast was fruit. My husband enjoyed his chilaquiles. The staff was really kind and very helpful with answering our many questions.
