Motel 6 Calhoun, GA

Good basic hotel All we needed was a clean room and a comfortable bed. This hotel is “no-frills”, but it’s a great place for weary travelers to stop for the night. The bed was comfortable and the person at the front desk was polite. Easy off and back onto the interstate.

Gross! The room its self was nice, HOWEVER the bathroom was disgusting! Grim where the tub and floor meets, the tub looked like it’s not been cleaned in months and no one ever came to freshen our linen or take out the trash! I received (to date) a whole $48.00 refund, we stayed 5 days!

This room was not fit for anyone to pay to stay in.. truly the health department should be contacted. I get this is a 2 star hotel and I have stayed in many motel 6's and many cheap motels.. this is by far the dirtiest most unkept location. Safety There were loud people yelling outside of our room at midnight. We had been driving all day and needed to get some rest before driving more and it was impossible between being grossed out by the dirty room and the loud people yelling at all hours. Noteworthy details This was the worst experience I've ever had at a motel. This was such a waste of my money since I didn't sleep even 5 minutes. I'm so upset., I will not hesitate to tell everyone about this terrible experience.

Awful!!, will never stay again. Stayed for 6 days with my family and on the first night it was ok. The sheets were noticeable dirty so we slept on top of them. The towels were dirty as well so we bought our own. On the second night our room was filled with cockroaches. The house keeper was rude when I asked I for more towels for our room. Every time we showered we had a puddle under our sink in the other room. The molding on the walls and the proactive plastic that goes around the furniture was falling off. There was a lot of loose dogs as well. Overall this motel is the worst one I have ever been to.

Don’t Come Here. Save Your Money. 7/23/21 - This place is gross. I’m currently in a room right now laying on top of the bed because the sheets are just that gross. The remote doesn’t work so the tv is stuck on one channel. Hair all over the bathroom floor too. Drinks were left in the mini fridge from the last guests and the underneath part of the toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Only reason why I’m still in this room is because I’m out of options with small tired kids and next step would be sleeping in our van.
