Best vacation ever! This is by far the best vacation! The resort is beautiful. The restaurants are phenomenal. The shows and activities are very enjoyable. The reason this resort far surpasses any other is the service!!!! Special shout out to Raul, Hugo, Jesus, Axel, Juan (lifeguard), Regina, and Laura. The resort took special care to make American Thanksgiving a wonderful event. However, there is one very large negative. There is no wheelchair access to the beach. My daughter is bilingual and she even called months before to verify if hotel had ramp to beach and was told yes. There is wheelchair access to the hot tub but it is extremely steep and therefore not actually accessible. The beach staff did everything in their power to help my family member access and enjoy the beach for which we are very appreciative. If the resort had a ramp to the beach and hot tub, the trip would have been perfect! So overall, the best vacation I’ve ever had BUT it is the year 2024 and it is time for resorts and beaches to be accessible for EVERYONE!

AMAZING experience Best experience!!! The service is amazing. Everyone is SO SWEET! From the time we arrived, everyone had been super helpful and sweet. The bartender Artemio is the BEST. Highly recommend this place. you won’t regret it, the drinks and the food is top notch.

Cafe starts my day right! BEST resort experience if you're looking for ultimate pampering and relaxation in Cancun. The coffee shop is amazing! So attentive to detail with my lattes. It's a great start to my morning. The pools, the service, the people were just great. We already booked our next trip!

Saul is the best Our stay at Le Blanc was absolutely incredible. Service, food, rooms, etc. were all great, but what made the resort phenomenal was the staff! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I would like to mention our butler, Saul, specifically. He is the kindest man ever! He made us feel at home and comfortable, always anticipating our needs and smiling! He was the best part of our stay!

Extraordinary Resort ! My wife and I are just getting ready to leave this beautiful resort after a weeks stay. I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Leblanc Cancun. The service and the people that work here are special. Everyone that we came into contact with were helpful and kind and contributed to an excellent week. In my opinion the service level is unbeatable. The food is phenomenal and the drinks are top notch. Do yourself a favor and visit this resort if you have not. You will not regret it. We will definitely return as soon as we can!
