Good location everything else bad What’s good: The location. What’s bad: Everything else. Front staff was surly when I checked in. Requested 1st floor room in reservation - they tried putting me on 2nd floor. No elevator. “1st floor reserved for pet owners and disabled”. Room assigned was filthy, a/c loud., bathroom fan noise equals to a plane taking off. Toaster broken at breakfast and they are stretching definition of a “continental breakfast.”

Value for money and good loction We stayed here for three nights from 25th August. Value for money. A bit dated, but clean, with very comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast is adequate. Most important of all, the staff were super friendly and were always ready to provide us with tips and ideas for sightseeing. Also, close to Old Town for eating and close to the river Arkansas.

They just lie to you over the phone. We asked about breakfast and was told that bacon and eggs were on the “continental breakfast” menu. The breakfast is all lactose and carbohydrates. The manager told us that we were told that by a “third party” when we called them direct. Said they had t had eggs since before COVID. I don’t think they’ve had them way before that if ever. So they lie on the phone, and then to your face.Good luck lactose and gluten intolerant. They removed the hair dryer from the bathroom. Just bring your own pillows too. Oh, and there is no elevator. That’s really good to know when your knees hardly work anymore. The manager was heard complaining about inquiries to the hotel and was barely civil.

Room not clean pool small but nice Disappointing room that wasn’t very clean. Shower curtain was stained with paint and poo. Found trash on bathroom floor, mirror was filthy. Alarm went off at midnight. Smoke detector was beeping, staff didn’t have a new battery so they can and disconnected it. Screen on window was open and bent. Floor had newer carpet however a dog appeared to have chewed it. Bed made terrible noise if you sat or rolled over. Only highlight was tiny pool and hot tub.
