Horrible This place is horrible and not up to Hilton standards. We checked in December 26th and the hotel had no toilet paper. One person cleaning, maintenance and checking people in. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Hilton corporate told us to leave. The one person was very courteous.

Awful. Horrible. Terrible. The worst hotel experience of my life. From a horribly dirty room, skipping maid service for 6 straight days, rude staff, gross old tattered towels it was bad, but the bloody booger on the wall sealed the deal. DO NOT stay here. Choose any other hotel in Canon City.

Old and shabby This is by far the worst Hampton n we have stayed. We had to wait at the front desk for quite awhile. We finally got to our room and honestly I felt like we were in a cheap motel. The room was old and shabby, the bathroom was gross,the coffee pot was disgusting ,no fridge or microwave,although there was a space for it..I asked if we could get a different room that had those and was told they were fully booked. The girl at the front desk wasn't too happy but asked the young man to get one from another room,we did appreciate this. The next morning on check out we again had to wait. Out of the kitchen comes a young man whose job was not only to cook breakfast but to man the front desk. Avoid this place if you can. It looks like the whole place is run by very young people and very short staffed. Hampton you need to send mystery shoppers to your hotels ,you can do better.

Avoid, not worth it. Gross Gross establishment, definitely not to Hilton standards. Hotel outdated, AC didn't work, towels are crunchy, staff is not friendly, pillows on the bed are like kid pillows,room smelled upon entering. The beds are ok as far as comfortable. Much better places to stay in the area, this should be a last resort.....

Horrible experience Drove 2 1/2 hours from Denver arrived around 8:30 at night we choose Hampton inn because we were in a rural community and we thought the name stood for something when we checked in the room was ok but then the air conditioner did not work after talking to the young lady at the front desk she offered us fans it was 80 degrees we ask for another room and there was not one available so we ask if she could call a sister hotel or guide us to another hotel and she just said no she could not help us but she could refund our money that there is no maintenance person on duty at night and the hotel needed repairs badly
