Excellent choice in the area! Love this hotel. I try to book a room here every time I’m in the area visiting my son. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is always super clean. I love their amenities! Breakfast is excellent and it’s included in the price. Check in and check out is a breeze and receptionists are helpful and friendly.

Excellent, clean, comfortable facility Large, spacious room! Comfortable bed, wonderful pillows. Clean room, bathroom, sheets, towels, floors. It was a lovely night's stay -- and we drove an extra 60-100 miles to get here -- Midwesterners unfamiliar with New England travel during the height of the color change! Yikes! We must have got one of the last rooms available, because they were very busy, and the desk seemed very harried by the time we checked in. We got a handicapped-accessible room RIGHT beside the elevator (and it was the noisiest elevator I ever lived with!) The receptionist told us we were paying about the least of any guest that night (thanks, Hotels.com!) When we asked where we could find dinner, she said there was no place to eat in Canton & we'd have to drive back to Potsdam. (At 8 p.m?) We found the Best Western just down the street that had a lovely restaurant. So, those things aside, we had a wonderful night's rest in clean, comfortable surroundings.

Beautiful Room! This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was perfect and almost double the size of any hotel room I’ve ever been in. Everything was beautifully clean. The provided soaps where wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Winter get away Very friendly staff, spacious room,, easy access from road.. free breakfast,, nice variety, coffee/tea in rooms also available in reception area.and because it had snowed overnight....staff helped clear out our vehicle.they have a nice pool and exercise area ..our room had several chairs to relax on and a small table besides the desk..a nice ottoman at the end of the bed to place your suitcase s .. a storage cabinet that the t.v set on..which also housed the small refrigerator... bathroom was nice also.

Wonderul stay! We've stayed here for a few days a week or so ago and we have stayed here many times over the years. It's been recently renovated and it definitely shows it. It's really changed for the better over the past couple years. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are modern, clean and spacious and the rates are not too bad either. We'll definitely be staying here often as we visit the area again in the future.
