Extended Stay moved my family across town, to a crappier hotel Booked this hotel for four days with Hotels.com via Tripadvisor, bringing my family to Carson, CA for my stepmother's 75th birthday. We showed up late, a little before midnight after a long day of travel, my wife and three kids, and the hotel desk clerk gave me a card that told me I had been transferred to an Extended Stay in Torrance, CA. Like a 20 minute drive away in a worse part of LA. So they did not keep my reservation and did not give me any warning so that I could re-book at another hotel. There is shared blame. Extended Stay sucked the most, but Hotels.com looks pretty gross as well... And I clicked that Hotels.com link on TripAdvisor.

Pleasant Staff The hotel is not the best however, the service we received was great. The location was perferct for us as it was close to locations we needed to get to. Ms. Sylvia was so nice and friendly. She took us to our room and asked is if it was ok with us or she would give us another. Everytime we saw her she greeted us with a smile snd pleasant conversation.

Guests are the priority There isn't enough praise & accolades can be said about Mr. Mark (night shift) & Ms. Mary (weekend day shift). These exceptional employees ALWAYS tend to the needs of the guests & do so with a loving smile and professionalism. Thank you for such a great experience!!!

Worst motel stay Don't ever stay here. Roaches, backed up plumbing. Just a terrible experience. I been at Motel 6 better then this place. Only one set of towels for a couple. No shower head pressure. Avoid coming here if you can.
