Lunch by a golf course We were tired of not finding the restaurants we wanted. Surprisingly hard to find moderately priced Mexican food . We decided the golf course restaurant was worth trying. (Desert Princess golf course) We ate outside and the view was great. Food was not mexican but was fine, reasonably priced for the area, and service was good too. We will come back when in the Palm Springs area.

They never tell you about the blowing sand I live here. Since Tropical Storm Hilary hit last August 2023 life here and much of the Coachella Valley including Palm Springs et al has days of extreme misery! If the winds pick up which can happen when a storm system passes to the north or near the coast huge dust storms will occur. You will not be able to do anything outside. Even the so called non windy areas will have horrible air quality. Dust will slowly settle down from the sky covering everything. If you are in a windy area it will be a sandstorm. Watch the weather and cancel your plans at any hint a low pressure system will pass over. It is miserable

Comfortable We met friends at the Desert Princess Golf and Tennis Resort. Service was relaxed. They had chardonnay that we liked but the prices were high at the bar. Food was plentiful and fresh. They catered to a gluten free audience.

Club house food excellent Good golf course and clubhouse bar .We enjoyed our dinner here. Service was excellent and food ,very good bar food. We stayed in a hotel in Palm Springs and can’t comment on the accommodation. The green fees are reasonable and club hire is available.

Nice relaxing holiday. We spent the month of February at Desert Princess. We rented a condo on the golf course that wasn't 5 star, but very adequate. The food specials are exceptional, especially Prime Rib Friday's. The Golf course consists of 3 nine hole courses, and they have the best rates in Palm Springs. We enjoyed it so much, we are going back for two months, January & February.2019..
