Nice staff, good breakfast, but hotel needs some maintenance and upgrades Stayed July 3-July 7...staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating however reservation was not correct upon arrival. Months before arrival, we had requested and reserved adjoining rooms due to family member's disabilities. Upon arrival, rooms were not adjoining but across the hall from each other, but front desk quickly changed room assignments. One room was musty smelling the entire time we were there and the window blind did not operate correctly so room was constantly in the dark. Requested repair but none was ever done. In the second room, the bathroom door was sprung open such that it would open into the bathroom and block entrance to the bathroom. In one of the bedrooms, one of the bed sheets and one pillow case had stains that required an exchange of linens. There were also a few bugs in both bathrooms. The included breakfast was very nice with ample selections and fresh food. The pool area was clean and the pool was clean and nice. We have stayed here before in years past but I feel that perhaps the attention to detail has slipped a little.

Everything is broken I arrived yesterday, and the idiot at the desk asks for my name, I said" David Van Riper" he replies "no tell me your real name" He was too stupid to run my credit card so I had to call fraud control and then we were all baffled on what was wrong with my card. I am using the card everywhere. The lobby had no AC and the entrance door at the lobby was broken. He proceeded to berate everyone in the lobby for walking in front of the door. No one cleaned my room while I was out all day.Next morning We all had no hot water. The treadmill in the fitness center was broke. Seems to be a trend.

Watch out for your credit card statement and George Rooms not right. Supposed to be comped and discounted. Instead they charged 2 different cards, 2 diff amts (double charged). George, at the front desk is extremely slow to check in and incredibly rude.

Nice hotel for the price The location was perfect near major freeways and lots of places to eat and drink. The price was just right and comparable to other hotel in the area. The room was clean, spacious and very clean. The bed was soft and comfy which was nice after a long day in Lake Travis. Continental breakfast was also a decent touch!

Great hotel-new morning person needed The hotel itself was great. George checked us in and was pleasant. Room was clean and cool. We woke up early and go down for coffee. The overnight clerk was Joshua. He was kind and asked how everything was, made sure there was coffee and got us breakfast bags. THEN came the morning person, AMANDA. I went back down to get my teenagers their breakfast. EVERYTHING became difficult. She did not want to give me two sheets to mark two peoples breakfast choices...said I was making it difficult for her by requesting two (the exact same process I had with Joshua an hour earlier). Said she was going to put it all in one bag anyway. I requested TWO bags since it was for two different people with different choices. This causes her to question me...had we already received breakfast? We don’t get multiple breakfast! I let her know I am getting for others in our room ( at which point she asked again, WHY can’t I put it all in one bag?) This exchange was completely unkind and unnecessary. My advice to the hotel...get new morning staff or work with her on customer service. Other than that, hotel stay was great!
