Do Not Stay Here Awful place!! The room was dirty and smelled like old cigar smoke and BO. The fridge was non-operational and the owners refused to replace or fix it. We were forced to use our cooler and but ice during our stay. The carpet was stained and dirty to the point where our Kelpie dog refused to sleep on it choosing the chair instead. There was a bullet hole in the ceiling. The bathrooms were dirty and rusted with exposed plumbing. I lodged a complaint with Wyndham corporate about our stay after we got home. Corporate referred our complaint back to the property owners who were unresponsive and uncaring. Two things have come out of this stay. The first is I'll be warning people that the Wyndham name is not synonymous with quality and cleanliness. The second being that due to the severity of the negative experience and ineffective Wyndham customer experience I am currently boycotting the Wyndham Resort and Hotel group despite being a long time Wyndham rewards member.

A Pretty Good Place To Stay We are on our way to our daughters with our son and his dog. La Quinta has dog friendly rooms. My only reservation with the hotel is that it is right on I-5. How much noise will there be? The room we were given was dog-friendly, meaning other dogs had stayed there before. It looked and felt like any other hotel room. Comfortable beds and the usual amenities. We did not hear the highway noise-we were on the far side of the hotel in room 122. We all slept well. The breakfast was standard stuff-waffles, eggs, cereal. The only knock I had was that there was not much there in the way of diabetic choices, such as a no-sugar syrup nor any peanut butter. Still I was able to deal with that. On the whole, a good place to stay.

“Are you doing drugs in here?” I am a truck driver who visits all states and have stayed in multiple Hotels/ Motels. By far this was the worst service I have ever experienced. I first noticed the foul smell once I entered the lobby which should of been the first red flag. Upon booking my reservation I decided to use the restroom since nobody was at the front desk. I was then very rudely rushed to get out of the restroom and an employee asked me “Are you doing drugs in there?” And threatened to call the police on me. I proceeded to leave the restroom when another employee gave me dirty looks and proceeded to threaten the police with the phone to her ear. The discrimination I faced in the hotel was enough for me to change my mind and book at the holiday inn express just across the street.

Poor Hotel Condition This was a poor quality hotel. the Coffee pot was not cleaned and the doors and walls in the bath room were rusted and dirty. I was told that the pool opened at 8 in the morning but it was closed .The jacuzzi was cold and it had a bad smell. I emailed the General Manager several times regarding the condition of the room but he did not respond. Also the coffee in the lobby tasted terrible. This is a hotel that I would not recommend for the public.
