Very pleasant stay The hotel is conveniently located, just off highway, minutes to shopping and Woodbury Commons outlet. It is only 5 mins drive to a train station. Train will get one to Penn Station (Madison Square Garden) in 1.5 hours. Despite its location it is quiet and in nice surroundings. There is ample parking. They offer shuttle to the outlet and the train station on request. The front-desk staff was very helpful and professional. The rooms and the hotel were clean. Breakfast was fine for a day or two, but options were quite limited.

Single night before the shopping! Stayed a night with my wife and 8 year old boy. Let's be honest, the stay here was to be near the outlet mall when it opens. The location is good, short drive over. Room itself was quite basic, but overall good enough. Would i stay again? Sure if i want to shop at Woodbury. Hotel Room: 4 Stars (Standard room, no bath tub... oh well) Room View: 3 Stars (I could see my car) Service of Staff: 3 Stars (Standard service, self help with luggage) Lounges/Restaurants: NA Room Service: NA Location: 4 Stars (Near to the mall)

Great place to stay The hotel was great and far exceeded my expectations. Rooms are a decent size, bathroom is almost brand new, room very well decorated and designed. Parking is free of charge and you also get breakfast in your rate. Please don’t expect a full buffet style breakfast. Tea, coffee, cereal, oatmeal, toast, juices and 4 hot items. The breakfast was basic but great for a piece of toast to start the day well. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Hotel is located close to Woodbury Commons Premium Outlet but too far to walk if returning to the hotel which shopping bags. . Also nearby is a Walmart, Dunkin donuts, target and Kohls. Would recommend staying here for anyone needing to be in Harriman!

Very Nice Stay Went here for the Presidents Day Weekend, even though I only live about 40 miles away, the wife wanted to spend the Sunday into Monday. Everything was fine here. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast the next morning was good. No complaints whatsoever.

A good stay! Stayed here due to proximity to Woodbury Commons outlet mall, which is less than 5-minute drive from hotel. Very clean and updated hotel - everything in our room worked great and we appreciated being able to use our Netflix streaming account on the tv! Every employee we saw was always hustling and working, especially the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was the usual Hamptons menu, but staff made sure the food was always fresh and refilled. Pool area was average, but does include a jacuzzi which is a rarity these days. The pool is also open pretty late which was nice! I agree with a previous comment that the coffee isn’t great, but it was good enough. Was one of the first Hamptons in awhile where my digital key worked without fail. Would definitely stay here again!
