GREAT STAFF!!! Although the property is surrounded by obvious construction and seems to be feeling the environment at the moment. The staff were extremely help full and it is rare that you will find a General Manager visible with a wave and a smile every time you pull into the property. The young lady in the mornings is very polite and accommodating as well. Housekeeping smiling and seems to enjoy their positions at the hotel. It was refreshing to see. I travel a lot for business purposes and this was a rare experience.

Bait and Switch/Horrible customer service/ all amenities closed We booked a room and we told the booking agent we had 2 large dogs. They happily took our reservation and our money. After driving 7 hours, we were early so sat outside until check in. The manager saw us and yelled across the park that we couldn’t stay there because they don’t accept big dogs (bait and switch). She offered no help while leaving us stranded. She refused to refund our money and would not provide a receipt. While we were attempting to make other arrangements, she called the police on us because we were trespassing (we had a confirmation number and paid for the room). Luckily the cops were very understanding and helped us book another room at the much nicer Hampton Inn down the road. The pool and gym were also closed.

If you like closed forever pools, rude managers and black mold this is the hotel for you! The pool was closed in July on a 98 degree day which was not disclosed and was the primary reason we stayed there. A huge truck with a uhaul trailer blocked every space near our room and the manager would not ask them to move so we had to park on the other side, which is fine but we have a family member with MS. There was black mold in the shower and sink. The “ice machine” room was infested with bugs and the room smelled of bleach (which i guess is ok to fight covid). The A/C was really loud and would not cool below 75. But hey you get what you pay for!!

No visit due to problrms Booked a room thru Choice reservations and was told that choice hotels book at a wlower capacity so there is always 48 hours between guests as well as sterilization. Called hotel to extend my stay and the front desk said they were full. Told me she had never heard of booking at a lower capacity. She also told me there was a 25 a day pet fee which reservations had not told me about when I said I had a pet. Also noticed a 13 dollar booking fee from Choice. Cancelled my six day reservation and went to a chain that told me everything up front.

Comfortable accommodations; inconsistent customer service. My husband, sister-in-law and I stayed overnight before my husband's surgery. The front desk clerk the evening we checked in, was warm and welcoming. He smiled and laughed and was truly enjoyable. Our room was comfortable and very nicely finished. Our only complaint was the next morning. We had to be at the hospital at 6am. When we left our room at 5am, the elevator was not working, but it was not noted that it was out of order. My husband could not walk down 3 flights of stairs. I walked down to the desk and told the clerk the elevator was not responding and she just said "ok" with a look of "what do you want me to do about it?" I explained my husband was going to the hospital for cardiac bypass right now and he can't walk down the stairs. She was so annoyed. She finally told me we had to walk to the other side of the hotel for the other elevator. And she walked away. She was rude and the total opposite of the young man who welcomed us to the hotel.
