It's ok. Mixed bag. Stayed here for a tournament at the Convention Center. Nice enough. Lobby is the nicest part. The room was run down and the overall cleanliness was not there. I think overall the hotel needs better maintenance and upkeep. Not the best Hampton Inn.

This hotel needs a new manager. This stay was a disaster. There were no sheets on the bed, the shower was cold and the air conditioner noise made sleep impossible. Other guests reported similar dissatisfaction. I called 1-800-HILTONS to report these conditions and the customer service personnel hung up on me twice. This is a complete difference from previous stays at other Hilton properties that were enjoyable.

Keep driving This hotel was truly filthy. Spills on the floor in lobby and food on the floor in elevator. Our bathroom had been barely cleaned, visible dust and dead bugs on windowsill, etc. Bad location too, right on the interstate and very loud all night. Welcoming, friendly front desk staff was about the only redeeming quality. Hampton Inn properties are usually a safe bet when traveling, but this one is rough.

Not up to Hampton Inn standards I’m not hard to please but door could barely be opened. The towels are gray. Mirrors are dirty. I fished wads of hair and something else out of the shower drain so it would drain. The shower floor and tub are dirty and when the sun shined on the wall, there is suspicious “splatter.” Location is fantastic and free parking. Breakfast had cream cheese but no bagels? Air conditioner worked great though. I could provide pics of wad out of drain and wall but…Glamping

Loyalty not appreciated. We checked in remotely to this hotel, which we always do as Hilton Diamond members. The room selected with intention was at the end of a hall with an outside entrance. We arrived only to find the doors at the hotel do not function; key do not work. The only entrance is the main entrance. My wife walks with difficulty using a cane. When I asked for a different room I was told they were sold out. When I asked to cancel I was told it was too late as the 24 hour cancellation policy had expired. There was no compassion or concern for us as Diamond members; even from Hilton corporate. Needless to say we are shocked! What does loyalty get you at Hilton? Apparently not much. There is a nice Marriott Courtyard across the road. Hopefully it has different management.
