Great stay! We stopped here for the night on our way home from Florida. Hotel was fairly easy to get to from the highway. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and had the most comfortable pillows I've ever slept on (I actually googled where I could buy them!). Walking distance to fast food and a mall. We did not get to enjoy the breakfast as we were heading out early. However, they were setting up the breakfast area as we were leaving and they were kind enough to let me take some milk for my son.

great location and value We stayed in Charleston overnight on our way to New River Gorge. This Holiday Inn Express was very clean and convenient. Close to several good bars and restaurants located downtown. Beds were comfortable. No hesitation about recommending this as a place to stay.

Clean! Would recommend Hotel is very easy to get to right off the highway. Reasonably price for the area. Parking is easy and well lit at night! The lady at check-in was really polite and told us they have a complementary breakfast from 6 to 10. They have luggage carts to make it easy trip to get your bags to the room. The hallways are very clean too. Inside the room there is a refrigerator microwave and coffee machine with K cups. Large, high resolution TV. Dove products in the bathroom. Room decor is modern in room is very clean. Would recommend to others .

Conveniently Located, Quiet Rooms Located just off of I-64 and I-71, this hotel is well situation to the convention/civic center and a number of walkable restaurants for a quick bite or coffee. The hotel is updated and clean with friendly staff making check-in/check-out very easy. We did not try breakfast here as we had a coffee shop in mind, but it looked to be a pretty standard continental breakfast with a few hot things. The room was spacious, good selection of channels on the television and a comfortable couch/lounger in our King room. Bathroom was also clean. In addition, there was an extra blanket and pillow in the room. A small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and microwave rounded out the room. Abundant plugs and built-in USB jacks on either side of the bed and at the desk. The only downside was that one of the USB groups was mounted slightly offset from the outlet cover and was unusable. Overall, good, quiet stay.

Sorry that we stayed here. 1st. wasn't welcome as a Honor member. Got two keys then went to the 3rd, floor. Both keys did not work. Back to the desk to get new keys. Then hand soap was empty so we used the one we travel with. When I took the shower, the water never drain out, so my wife didn't take a shower when it was her turn because of the standing water.
