Clean, Reasonable and Nice The hotel is in a great location if you need to do things in the city but don't want to stay in the city. It is an older hotel and show some signs of wear but is well maintained! The Breakfast was great. The room was very reasonably priced! A huge shout out to Danielle behind the front desk! She was absolutely amazing and definitely will brighten up your day when you see her! Awesome lady!

Good I thought the staff was great and really nice. They were a 5. In terms of the place, it’s a little run down and could use some updating. It was clean enough though! There was a smell of weed on the 2nd floor one night. But honestly, I thought it was fine and I didn’t worry much. Just my observations.

Thank you for hosting us! The location and Staff were terrific and perfect for our stay. They accommodated our entire group of 25 individuals and were flexible with us during the reservation, check-in, and check-out process. There is nothing wrong to say about this location and its staff. Special Shoutout to Danielle for all the fantastic work she does.

Overall, pretty solid. Overall, pretty solid. No issues. Fairly clean, staff was fine. Fitness center was ok. Large 'suite' room. Best is it's next to the light rail, so if you want to use that, it's a great location. Breakfast was good. TV cable was fine. Area seemed mostly safe, the hotel is tucked back off the main street, kind of hidden.

Guest of the Best Megan and Dom greeted me like I was the queen. Rooms were clean and comfy just like my home in Texas. Big comfy beds. Megan helped me get my rental back so I could get a few hours sleep before departing. They both set me up for being shuttled out in the early morning. They had such kind smiles and were so sincere. When I come back to Charlotte I'm definitely coming back here to this place. Sure hope so see these 2 again!!! Thanks for making my stay " a great stay!"
