it could hardly have been better All the staff, from the valet, to the front desk staff, to the bartenders, waitstaff, and those who cleaned our room were friendly and provided excellent service. We had hors d’oeuvres one night and breakfast twice. The food was excellent.

Awesome Stay It was a Great stay overall the employee all had smiles from. valet parking to the entrance to front desk check in. check in was quick no Hassel staff was Great the smell of the hotel was a crisp smell we had a good time we will be back and we told our friends how great our stay was, walking distance to ever where we wanted to go

Better than home! One of our favorite get-aways when we want to stay in uptown. Staff is always welcoming and very hospitable. They are never too busy to offer a smile and fantastic eye-contact. Rooms are spacious and offer nice views of the area. Convenient parking and walkable access to both corners of the building. Inside shops below are nice on bad weather days. An overall great destination.

SMU Game and wonderful staff I have to say from the moment we arrived for the SMU game this past weekend…. The staff was so incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. From the bar to the front desk everyone was so awesome! They had a lot going and never did you see anyone sway from their pleasant mood. This Am when leaving the driveway was blocked and the gentleman at the basement desk jumped into action to get us to our ride with our suitcases. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the terrible lighting in the rooms and bathrooms. Otherwise our stay was wonderful!
