Location This hotel’s location is fabulous. It’s very close to the interstate. The mall and restaurant are also close. Staff members are very courteous. We wanted to take a hot bath but the water only got lukewarm. The staff stated that was as hot as it gets. _ Our room was also next to the elevator and ice machine. I recommend not to have a room close to it. It was very noisy. Otherwise the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Great deal for the price.

AVOID AT ALL COST This is the worst hotel I've attempted to stay in in many many years. From the moment I entered the lobby I know it was a poor choice. The room smelled. The bathroom vent fan was so loud you could hear it on the street. The sheets were tattered with obvious blood stains. Very dated property. DON'T BELIEVE THE PICTURES ONLINE The 1 ratings would be negative if that was an option.

A Convenient Place to stay The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were on the first floor so the lobby was close by...as was the elevator. Even with that, the room was quiet after 10pm. We had a noisy neighbor for just an hour or two, but they calmed down quickly. We did have to have manager to come help with the TV, but everything else was ok. We did not use the breakfast area except for coffee. It is on a busy road but most roads in Chattanooga are busy. Convenient to the Hamilton Place Mall, lots of restaurants, and other attractions.

Not bad, but not great either Not bad, but not great either. Located on a super busy road, small carpark, slightly rough crowd, room looked out on the barbed wire fence of the neighbouring storage facility and our room shared an interconnecting door with a noisy neighbour (I would request a room without an interconnecting door if I was to stay again). Was clean enough, bed comfortable and water pressure pretty good. Breakfast was passable.

Not worth the price Right on a busy street, limited parking, sketchy people cutting through the parking lot, bare bones breakfast in a space without adequate tables. Just an OK guest room. If almost clean and a little less expensive than the nearby places is your benchmark, then his is your hotel. But if I were Best Western, I'd be embarrassed to have the BW name associated with it.
