Stay away. This is not hotel for you. Worst hotel experience I ever had. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Dirty rooms, soiled linens, moldy pillows. They did not even have a surplus or back up linens to replace. Never saw a maid at all during our entire stay. In any hotel, you always see housekeeping in the hallway with room supplies. Only the one person at the front desk during our entire stay. It looks as it the operation is ran by only 3 men, which will explain why the rooms were dirty. From the condition of the room it appears that the rooms are not clean between guest. We booked 2 rooms and both rooms and all bed linens were dirty. No deep cleaning going on. The carpet in my room was moist when we arrived. Both rooms smelled musty and moldy. We didn't dare touch the complementary breakfast. If we could have found better accommodations we would have left this dump. Not sure what was goin on but all the hotels in the area was booked.

Smaller older room clean but wish parking lot was safer for my vehicle Nice clean room but old hotel. The room was very small when you enter in you need to turn the light on before you continue walking otherwise the furniture is out in the walkway because the room is so small and the sleep in furniture is too big for the room but is usable. We had no problem with the actual room but the parking lot seemed very unsafe for our vehicle. There was a group of teenagers??/young adults that were outside the whole night until after 10:30 p.m. they were loud and you could hear them very loud in our room they were drinking in the parking lot which we did not know until the next morning when we went out. All over the ground in the parking lot and around our vehicle was broken glass from the liquor bottle they smashed and little shot glass Red solo cups were all over the ground the trash from their chicken wings and all the bones from their chicken wings were under our car and all around our vehicle. I feel the parking lot was very unsafe for our vehicle and we were parked near the entrance to our hotel. The young adults didn't bother us when we were walking through the parking lot but the glass and trash around our car was very disrespectful. I wish the noise and parking lot was safer for my vehicle.

All we wanted was a place to sleep As the title said, all we wanted was a place to sleep. Just needed 2 rooms - 1 for our teen boys and 1 for us. All the rooms were dirty and smelled of mold and mildew. The boys didn't show any visible mold but we switched rooms 3 times because it was so bad (the ceiling smoke detectors, the outlets and where the walls meet the ceiling). Add to that the poor guy working the desk couldn't understand what the issues were or what was being requested - this isn't being pointed out to be bigoted but instead to illustrate we genuinely couldn't communicate to the point he got so frustrated he had us take him and show him. He did his best to rectify the situation but each room was worse than the one before. The 3rd did not have any visible mold so we agreed to take it, that's when we realized the room either 1) had been used by staff for their break and restroom or 2) it hadnt been cleaned. It smelled foul in the restroom, the hand towels were used and balled up on the sink and the only package of soap lady on the sink already opened. Add to that the comforters had dirt and stains on them and there was dirt and trash between the mattress and the wall sitting on top of the box springs. We chose this as a quick price effective overnight stay figuring we would be ok as I've had to stay in this brand in other locations for work and they were really good (no Embassy Suites or anything but when you're visiting a plant in the middle of nowhere and it's your only option within 30 miles you take it). Anyway, this was not on the same level as the others by any means.

New and offensive management! After staying at this dump for 4 days, after checking out and returning home, I received a charge of $100 on my charge card . I called about the charge and the person I talked to said I stole a luggage rack. They were calling me a thief. 1st there wasn’t a luggage rack in the room, there was a wall cabinet in the room where I put my luggage and jackets. 2nd If I needed a luggage rack I have the financial means to buy one. 3rd, I drove my Corvette on the trip, so if I had the luggage rack I had no where to transport it. I would not stay in this Hotel again if it was free.
