Watch out for bedbugs! Hotel was good up until I woke up the next morning. Watch out for bedbugs, woke up to one biting the hell out of the back of my head! Not fun and it ruined my morning. I have tried to reach out by sending an email to the hotel for some sort of reimbursement, but of course there's no easy way of doing so.

Sharing with Roaches The room was okay, it had everything needed. The staff was very accommodating. However the free breakfast either waffles or cold cereal was to be shared with the roaches. Of all times for me not to have my phone/camera. So I could substantiate my claim to S. Morris, manager. The offending roach was over where you make your tea/coffee. Luckily Bojangles was nearby. Unfortunately Mr. Morris hours did not match up with my hours as he arrived late and left early. No I don't have proof of that either.

Family Visit This hotel is dirty dirty dirty. The grounds are dirty. As soon as we pulled up to our door, we were met with dirt. There was literally dirt surrounding the door mat. The tub filled with water when taking a shower. Don’t stay here. If you must stay near this town, take the drive out to Florence. You will find much better hotels!

Lovely Architecture We were surprised at the different style from the QIs that we'd stayed at before (although we did see some others later in our travels in the area). The only possible downside for me here would be if I'd been assigned an upstairs room, but I wasn't. So I didn't have to drag my luggage up the exterior stairs. The room was nice and clean and comfortable, complete with a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast was better than expected with many choices, both hot and cold. There were even 3 fruit toppings for the waffles. Great stay!

Great value. We were very pleased with our stay. In town for Holiday with family and we were thrilled with the Nicely appointed clean and confortable rooms. Super friendly staff . This property is very well maintained. Would definitely stay here, again.
