I love staying at the Holiday inn Express. Excellent front desk courtesy. Cean and stylish rooms . Room service very efficient. My room had been freshened up when I got back from work. Coffee refills were in place as well. Very comfortable beds, meaning great rest. Thank you for the great service. I will continue to stay in this establishment.

Excellent Stay My husband and I were in town for a funeral, so ease was crucial. Everything was fantastic from check-in to checkout. The hotel is modern and very clean. Our room was spacious and spotless. The lovely pool is an outdoors and I had it all to myself on a hot, summer evening. There is plenty of seating area on the ground floor, so our large, extended family was ableto hang out comfortably. The employees were very professional. Breakfast is adequate. The location is convenient to highways, stores, and restaurants.

Immaculate and Friendly My husband and I traveled to visit our son, currently serving in the Navy. The hotel was immaculate. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. I want to give a shout out to Shebuetta, the woman who made sure our room was so clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding was clean and smelled nice. We will definitely stay there again.

Do yourself a favor and just stay! Staff was kind and the rooms were super clean. The bed was so comfortable that I literally felt like it was hugging me. So much so that I took a picture of the mattress and will be ordering it. Breakfast was eh...but it's still so worth staying here.

Walked out as soon as we entered the room As soon as we opened the door to the room that was assigned to us, a stench filled our nostrils. We reluctantly walked into the room to find the ozone machine had been left in the room. The staff obviously knew that the room had an odor problem, and they did not get it rectified but decided to give us the room anyway (like we would not notice). We called to complain but they were all booked up and could not get us a room. We had to find another hotel (in which we paid $50 more for the room). Very disappointed in the management, lack of training and lack of customer care.
