Great staff in the gym. I just want to write a short review as a thank you to the gym staff who have been welcoming, kind and supportive on my return following major surgery. In particular Brad, Matt and Tegan all deserve a mention. Tegan is an excellent appointment to the team and works incredibly hard. Brad and Matt have really looked after me and gone above and beyond to check I am ok. Thank you for your kindness.

Very poor, go somewhere else. Me and my wife visited for a Friday to Sunday stay with a spa treatment to the total cost of around £600 so not a cheap place. Most the staff are very pleasant and helpful although the same waitress did forget to give the kitchen our food order on 2 separate occasions but likely due to being overworked. Walking through the corridors you're hit with a distinct smell of sewage and cigarettes, dirty carpets damaged walls and heaters, and it freezing cold. The room was disgusting, dirty and outdated, the whole building need a complete refurb, currently it resembles an old retirement home and truly anyone classes this place as anything better than that is delusional. There is currently lots of contractors staying there that like to sit and smoke cigarettes and marijuana by the fire exit which obviously makes its way into the building, not pleasant. They are obviously aware of the issue as there is lots of signs in Italian saying no smoking but its clearly not working. The spa itself was again ok at best, certainly a lot more inviting that the hotel, I do notice a lot of positive reviews are not for the hotel but for the spa, the staff in there are superb and our treatment was great. We did eat in the restaurant multiple times, dinner was ok but expensive, breakfast was included but poor, they also change the serving arrangements between Saturday and Sunday which is bizarre, Saturday you order off a menu, Sunday is buffet style, very odd. So to summarise the place is filthy, it smells of sweage and cigarettes, food is overpriced, spa is ok. Do yourself a favour go somewhere else. And before I finish, dont be fooled by the ai generated response the manager will give this review, they obviously dont care, nothing "will be taken onboard"

Wonderful spa treatment Hotel ok but a bit tired, as was the pool area (no jacuzzi and the sauna was broken. But, the spa treatments with Jennifer were seconds to none! Best massage and facial I e ever had! Right pressure, warm oil and so relaxing - wish she practised closer to where I live!! Thanks so much Jennifer

Great visit for a spa day Lovely spa day with a friend. Massage and facial by Charlotte are highly recommended and Elizabeth in the restaurant served us afternoon tea and was especially accommodating to my dietary needs. She was so accommodating, thank you very much.
