Super helpful staff Kellen and his front desk colleague went above and beyond to save my bacon after a third party booker messed up my reservations. They were able to apply some creativity and accommodate me even when they and every other hotel in town was fully booked. The room was super clean and comfortable and quiet. So grateful!

Note to staff: Double check room numbers on checkout. Convenient location first all off the bat. Just off I-64. My room was nice. Nice large bed. Had all the amenities one would expect from a Hampton Inn. Decent room and thankfully, they had meat at the breakfast bar. I can't complain about the condition of the hotel. My only hiccup was in the morning when I was inadvertently checked out of the room before I was ready to go. I was semi-asleep with the TV on when the phone rings and TV shuts off. I have never had this happen before. It woke me up. I turned on the TV and it showed I was checked out. Confirmed on the Hilton App as well. I got dressed and decided to leave. When I went to check out, Karen at the front desk (and that was her name) said I had been checked out. I wanted a paper receipt. Seems someone gave my room number to the front and no one checked to see if they were in that room. That's at least how Karen thought it happened. So I was checked out of the room before I was ready. I really wanted that extra 15-30 minutes of sleep.

The most disappointing & inconsiderate stay we have had at any Hilton hotel. We were in town to see a nephew from San Diego play in a 13U baseball tournament. We were startled awake on Sunday morning around 6:00 am by the constant noise of slamming doors. We didn't think much about it because we had to be awake for an 8:00 am baseball game. So Sunday evening after a long day in the oppressive heat, we were looking forward to a good night's sleep because the Monday game did not start until 10:20 am. So Monday morning, at the same time, around 6:00 am the slamming doors commence. Now we travel with a sound machine & wear foam earplug inserts to offset ambient noise but this slamming reverberated throughout our room. Not sure if it was the exit doors on our side of the building or a supply closet near us, but the slamming was relentless. To make matters worse, the parking lot construction started at 7:15 am right outside our window. What? You couldn't grant your guest the most basic of common courtesy of waiting to maybe 9:00 am to begin? Our main reason for staying was to receive sufficient rest, and this did not occur on either night. If we are in Chesterfield for a baseball tournament again, we will choose another Hilton property. This was the most disappointing & inconsiderate stay we have had at any Hilton hotel.

Nope. Find somewhere else Awful bedding. Couldn't sleep a bit with those pillows. There were 2 tiny pillows that closed up over your ears when laying down. Bed was lumpy. Good luck figuring out the tv. People outside all night drunk as hell and noisy. Shower big enough for toddlers only. Bad experience.
