Friendly staff and comfy beds We visited the city for a Martial Arts tournament and this place was across the street from it, we were not disappointed by our choice, these are suites with full kitchen, free WiFi and breakfast. We didn’t get a chance to use the indoor pool and spa but we did see it in full use by guest. At check in they had a little mistake by giving us a room already occupied but corrected before we unloaded the car. The staff at the restaurant were very courteous and professional. They did there best to feed an army of martial arts getting ready to compete. The next day most of them slept in and enjoyed our breakfast without being rushed for time. They went the extra mile to feed my hungry teenager, she got there 10 minutes before they ended breakfast but they kept feeding her. We didn’t leave till about 11am. The staff is very friendly and we enjoyed our stay, if you want to visit the downtown area you are about a mile away walking distance. We will be staying there again next year when we attend next years tournament.

Nice place to rest. Excellent for families This is a very nice place to stay in Chihuahua, set up in a quiet neighbourhood, and yet not to far from the main sites of interest. The suites are well furnished, including a small living room, where you can sit down to watch TV, and a clean kitchen with all essential appliances. The lightning is adequate and the decoration pleasing. The club house, where you can have your meals if desired, is welcoming with its skylights. It's also comfortable if you wish to work on your laptop while you have a coffee or beer. There are a small 4 ft indoor swimming pool, safe enough for children, as well as a slightly larger outdoor one,where it's possible to have a barbecue. The architecture and landscaping exudes good taste in a cosy way. All the personnel we met were extremely helpful and friendly. In general, it's highly recommendable for business as well as for family trips, specially if there are small children.

Very Nice Stay - Will not hesitate to book here again. We did not know anything about Chihuahua City when we booked this Hotel. We enjoyed ourselves. Nice room, with extras. Food was good. Staff was excellent. Always friendly and helpful. We know very little Spanish but that was never a problem. Rudy was wonderful to drive us to restaurants and shopping.

exceptional accommodations I spent two nights here in a very, very comfortable bed, in a very spacious and well appointed suite with kitchen, livingroom and large bathroom. The restaurant was basic but friendly staff and good food. Small pool available. Nice surroundings.

Very nice suite hotel The suites have a nice bathroom, kitchen, living room and an amazing kingsize bed. The rooms are cleaned spotless every day at any time you want. I stayed in the hotel for a long time because I was working in Chihuahua (coming from The Netherlands myself). I really felt at home during my stay due to a very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, in the restaurant, the security and the cleaning team. The food in the restaurant is good and the 6 days’ a week happy hour with free drinks and snacks is a very welcome extra. Overall I would absolutely reccommend this hotel for both short and long stays.
