Extended stay America __- My family and I have transitioned to a place to call home for a while ,It’s been so pleasant staying here, Christine has made our stay more than comfortable it’s been wonderful & assisted me and my loved ones with more than just a stay ,clean & homey feeling as requested all of our needs have been met from clean sheets to essentials and fresh breeze well maintained I appreciate all your effort and love put into making the guest feel at home Thank you so much CHRISTINE ☺️

Nice Hotel Mgr and Front desk staff friendly, patient and courteous responding quickly to concerns. Rooms clean with kitchens and comfortable with affordable rates. Friendly dogs allowed. Grounds walkable and eating and stores in a walkable distance.

The best in the west This hotel is wonderful and the staff is great. Everyone is very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Everything we need is here: breakfast, amenities, laundry, parking...and if we need anything else the staff is just a phone call away. What more could you ask for? 5 stars

Quiet, clean, and spacious room. Quiet, clean, and comfortable rooms. Convenient location yet still feels private. Fast check-in/check-out; the front desk is happy to provide anything needed. Seydi, Torrie, and Evan are incredibly friendly and accommodating - they are the best part of the hotel.

Worst management ever! When I checked in I told the young man at the desk about my service dog. He was very polite and said ok great enjoy your stay. That was the last pleasant thing that happened! After being there a few days this woman at the front desk looked like she just rolled out of bed started yelling your getting fined for sneaking that dog in! After I tried to explain what happened and everyone knew about the dog she started screaming at the top of her voice. She wouldn't accept the dog as a service animal because I didn't take her out in the blistering heat while I smoked! I again tried to explain my dog is completely black and it was to hot for her. I thought things couldn't get any worse until I met the manager! These are her friends and they are NEVER wrong. She makes excuses about everything and let's you know she doesn't give a rats ass about you. Last straw my husband fell while trying to sit in a chair with rollers on it .on a slippery vinyl floor that they clean with some kind of polish. I reported his fall and the cause of the fall. I asked for nothing just letting the management know it is dangerous. After 3 days and two trips to the doctor I told the manager we would have to stay at least one extra night. When you was sure to let me know I was paying for. So I said to the first girl after all her rudeness and trying to charge me $400 for my dog that I would need another night. I was greeted with that will be $169 for the night. I looked up the price on line it was $96 told the manager who said nothing to her about over charging me. I told the manager I would be calling the corporate office to which she replied go ahead. I don't care. The fact that she doesn't care is obvious. She told me she was going to come take pictures of the chair and speak to my husband in 30 minutes..that was over 2 hours ago!. This hotel needs an active manager! I will NEVER stay here again.
