Comfort Inn Northeast

Not the best. Kinda creepy, people sitting on the curbs and door stoops watching your every move and looking in the car as you take your bags out. We got a double bed room which was kinda small ! Breakfast was not great , gross sausage patties and a cold egg patty. Staff was nice enough paying didn’t go as was told it would on the phone , charged card before we got there and it was supposed to be pay at hotel ! Wouldn’t recommend.

Comfortable and location, location location many great things can be said about this hotel. Worth the stay Great location and staff. Hotel has comfortable bed great fridge and amenities. Location is central to Mason office’s restaurant’s and shopping. Rooms are well kept and comfortable furniture. I can brag enough on the morning staff enough super helpful.

Serve Breakfast until end time! My stay at Comfort Inn Northeast was okay, but the exhaust system in room 241 smelled sour and made my sinuses bad. My major complaint was at breakfast each day they were out of yogurt shortly after 8:00 am on Saturday and Sunday; but it ended at 10:00. The attendant was not very pleasant when asked about more yogurt!

The least I say, the better it would be. Check in was fine for me but for two of the others it was a nightmare. I changed the booking some weeks before and they didn't change 2 of the rooms, so they had them as no shows. Now, I don't complain about a lot of things, but the constant smell of marijuana coming from rooms was awful. I was starting to feel ill from it toward the end of the stay. We asked for the rooms to be serviced every 2nd day, they were serviced once in a week, I am really not a fan of this new policy, the rooms have not decreased in price but the servicing of them has, it is not acceptable to me. Old and dated rooms, however there are plenty of places to eat all within walking distance. One of the rooms, the door would not shut properly unless you really slammed it. US law enforcement were frequent at the hotel, which is understandable. Even at checkin a police officer came in and asked the staff if they had seen someone, they should have rung alarm bells. Suffice to say I will not stay at this hotel again.

Great place to stay Excellent place place to stay friendly staff definitely be back when in area soft beds and everything is clean and not to mention staff always smiling make you feel welcome So don't miss a great night sleep stay at comfort inn you won't regret it sincerely Guy Leistikow
