Great Hotel The hotel itself was very clean and orderly. Room was also clean, and we did not request to have the feather bedding removed (only 2 out of 8 pillows were feather so not a huge deal). They even had enough towels and wash cloths in the room. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

No sleep Well the breakfast was good, typical Hampton Inn, but fresh and well serviced. I got NO sleep however. I was given a room (121?) with a connecting door that was paper thin, damaged at the bottom. I could see when the neighbors turned out their lights! They talked LOUD for hours. I got no sleep till I turned my white noise machine on LOUD, then I think the neighbors realized they had a neighbor. Door to the hall was in bad shape too. Lots of fast food choices in the area, some walkable. I ate at a Perkins which was safely walked to.

Housekeeping staff took my bag Do not stay at this hotel. The housekeeping staff have no morals. I left a toiletry bag hanging on the back of the bathroom door, and no one claims to have seen it or found it. Called numerous times to check and after two weeks, no one has seen it. I know I left it there and according to the manager, there is nothing that can be done. Evidently the housekeeping staff went through it and took what they wanted. I had Coach perfume, Clinique makeup and skin care items, Paul Mitchell hair care, etc. it will cost me about $200 to replace everything. You would think the manager could go back and see what staff cleaned that room, but they don’t seem to care… Will start staying at Marriott hotels from now on.

Not good Room temp was up down, hot cold., never constant temp. NO housekeeping. Room had an odor that was not good. Second time at this hotel and not very happy either time. Will say that the front desk staff were nice.

Dirty Room & Reservation Not Honored I have never written a review before, but this was among the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I arrived late at night with my child after hours of driving only to find that the room I was assigned was dirty and had never been cleaned. The hotel had no other rooms available and no staff available to clean, so I was told I would need to find another hotel, all of this occurring around midnight. While the hotel desk clerk was apologetic, I’d recommend you consider another hotel option.
