Great hotel stay My stay here was great, I had a very comfortable room and in a very safe area. It's right off the Garden State Parkway, you can drive or even walk to a shopping center. If you don't want to leave then they have a cafe to get food and candy, chips, they have a bar. Very clean and great staff

Just ok Stayed here 7/26-7/28 for a nearby event. Check in was fine, did notice we weren't offered the complimentary waters at check in. Heard another guest offered and so I asked about them. Room was on 4th floor, first thing off elevator was a noisy, leaky ice machine. Glad our room was not near that. Room decent size, but bathroom was small. Since we were only there for 2 nights, opted out of housekeeping. Found old blood on the inside of comforter, housekeeping was in the hall and although they didn't speak English understood to remove and stripped bed and changed all linens and brought new comforter. Overall was OK since we were there with a group, but would not stay again.

Poor reception at front desk and rusty bathtub They call this hospitality? The front desk person was so rude that I did not feel welcome. I am bonvoy at marriott and diamond at hilton. Now I know why I don't stay at ihg properties.rusty bathtub. I asked to speak with gm but was denied. I have spoken with gm all over the world but not this time.

Should have read the recent reviews before coming Bed was comfortable room was perfect temperature. - asked front desk for a few bowls from the restaurant. Apparently not available. - bathroom was disgusting, covered in a hair color none of our group had. Like I mean balls of hair. - bathroom fixtures clearly not clean - phone in room not working. Had to call several times to try and speak to a manager. Transferred to a VM. It’s just hard to believe that there are no MOD of such a large hotel.

Going Downhill Fast This has been one of my go-to hotels for years, whenever I need to visit my hometown nearby. There aren't a lot of lodging options in the area (surprisingly), but I've generally found this place clean, comfortable and convenient for a short stay. Not so much on my most recent visit, however. The hotel is becoming seriously rundown and poorly-managed. The rooms are badly in need of renovation, the housecleaning staff is slacking off (my room smelled of sweat and the bathroom was noticeably dirty upon check-in), the bath linens are old and dingy, and the clientele seems to be getting rowdier and less concerned about proper hotel etiquette (including ignoring the "no smoking" signs and causing the hallway to reek of marijuana one night). I doubt I'll be back until the building undergoes a major renovation and new management takes over.
