Over-priced It is an old hotel that is undergoing a facelift. There is a fresh coat of paint on most walls and the carpet has been replaced in most areas. There is a dingy odor throughout. And there is a worn-out feeling to the building. My main complaint is about the price. I paid almost $170 for the room. That is clearly not a good deal for the area. I’ll find another hotel on my next visit to the area.

Meh…meets our needs but could’ve been much better PROS: Front desk staff are friendly. Room size is large with plenty of space for the family to move around. Free laundry and lots of Parking. Close to restaurants that are within walking distance. CONS: hotel is is need of maintenance and attention from its owners/managers. Room and hotel cleanliness is sorely lacking. Besides smelling weed on the 1st floor, Found dirt and grass on bed sheets upon checking into room. Dog hair was all over the couch and floor.

Ehhhh… No thanks Location isn’t bad… close to many other hotels that would have probably been a better choice but was trying to stick with IHG. Restaurants nearby. Curtain was not connected. Everything was just grimy… one pillow case had a ton on stains. Shower floor was very dirty but I’m sure it’s tough to clean because it was textured. All my towels were a different color of off-white. My room smelled like fried food when I walked in. I would not recommend.

Filthy and Worn - Stay Away! The worst. Hotel was filthy and smelled bad. Furniture and linens were stained and worn. We literally packed up and left, we could not spend the night there. We asked to be refunded and went to a Holiday Inn Express up the road. Desk said they would refund, but the charge is now on my credit card - will be disputing with credit card

A bit shabby! Room was clean. However the desk was missing a wheel and almost tipped over when leaned on. Bathroom had no waste basket, coffeemaker was missing and TV had a large blue streak down one side. Plus they charge $50 for pets which 2x every where else.
