Quality Inn Clarksville - Exit 11

The family that runs this place does not care about people! The Manage TJ was rude and unhelpful! The place was a mess paint buckets in the lobby, an area filled with chairs for the rooms, obviously renovating. We went to KY for three nights to see the 2024 eclipse and were driving from NC. We had a reservation and conformation number for three nights. When we arrived late at night, the manager TJ said they did not have a room for us and would not help us find one. He was rude and unhelpful. He had sent an email earlier in the day to say they didn't have a room. I'm retired I barely do email. He said he had tried to call but we had no missed calls or voicemail. While in the lobby on our computer trying to find a room somewhere else, a lady waked in and asked if they had a room for the night and they said Yes! The had told us, "I can't give you what I don't have" now they were offering a room for the night to someone that did not have a reservation! After very long drive arriving late at night with a reservation, they did not offer us the room for the night.

Good Value and accomodating This was good value for one nite, I asked for a particular floor, there was none I was offered an alternate room, they went out of their way to accommodate and step up preparing a room for my needs quickly. Most places give whatever they have and don't care. It was appreciated. The tv remote did not work I only watch one thing and was not an issue. Accomdations were all moderate or above condition / property.

Nice place to spend night Very comfortable bed and loved the pillows. We slept very well. Room was clean with microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast had eggs waffles biscuits and more. Would stay agai. As front desk was super nice.

Second time here This is our second time here. Last year we didn’t plan to stay there but too many traffic jams did not lead us to go go Nashville that night so we stopped here. This time our stop was planned. The room was facing the inside courtyard. Second floor. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was more of a larger buffet. We did eat at the restaurant for dinner there that night. It was like a bar type place. Food was good. One waitress for several people. She was good also. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. A indoor kiddie pool. Indoor hot tub. Also, some hockey type game inside. We would definitely return here again when in the area.

Dirty room Sheets and towels appeared to be clean but otherwise room and floors were visibly dirty. Wiped up bathroom floor with a towel. Carpet had some kind of crumbs. Hadn’t been vacuumed. Just wanted reasonable place to stop while on the road but didn’t feel at all comfortable.
