Don’t hesitate Ok…we stayed here often some yrs ago with excellent experience. But, with the current negative reviews..we were very hesitant to stay here… I’m really glad we gave them a chance. Everything is clean..bed is comfy, pillows good. People sooo nice, friendly and professional! We are across from interstate traffic but the rooms are so soundproof we slept like babies! Actually shocked because I hear everything when I sleep! Restaurant is opened and I’ll review the food after we eat this evening. Yes, carpet may not be new but furniture is supportive in the junior suite so it’s obvious not too old. I’m not one to care about the decor..I want a nice, clean, quiet nights sleep with good people and good food. So for me…5 stars and good job employees!

Badly Maintained Hotel We’ve stayed in this hotel several times and it was fine. Not anymore. The first room we were given had a horrible odor that was either varnish or bug spray. Asked for a new room and were given one that was appallingly tired. Shower was disgusting and needed to be resurfaced. Hot water in the sink came out black when first turned on. The carpet had many stains and the furniture had extensive scratches and damage. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Management should be ashamed that they have the Hilton name and allow these issues to occur.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!!! DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!! I am still trying to understand how they have any stars. We arrived around 10 pm-We received a key to room 125. As soon as I entered the room I was struck by an odor that I would like to forget in my mind. I hesistated to bring it up to my husband but proceeded to ask do you smell that? He said we have to get out of here. We were nervous as the front desk lady was aggressive to begin with, so we went back and forth on who was going to tell her. We settled with my husband. He said so sorry the room smells of urine could we get a new room please. She proceeds to raise her voice and say she was just in there. We stood there in shock. She then proceeded to call a maintenance man on the CB radio stating loudly "we have two people up here stating the room smells of urine" and I was just in there and it didnt smell. My husband said ok why don't we just get a credit on the card and we will go elsewhere. She said no, your sister paid for this so no you can't. She escalated to a point and I told her to please stop and that her job is customer service. We simply just wanted to change rooms. Honestly for 230.00 I have never in my life been to a dirtier dingier smelling room in my life. We left and walked across the street to the Best Western. Great customer service and very clean and comfortable beds. Thank you for ending our night on a good note!!!

Dilapidated! ! I would rate it 1 or 2 star! This hotel is extremely ran down. It is in need of extreme cleaning and in need of updating. We came with a ball tournament group and everyone had negative remarks about their rooms so I know it wasn't just our room on the 2nd floor. When you enter the lobby, it is very deceiving and looks nice but as you make your way up to your room, you start to see the lack of housekeeping. As we walked to our room, I noticed how all of the room doors had nasty handprints and were dirty. I will say the beds were ok and I guess that's what counts but our bathroom was a sham! Dirty! Look at the pictures! Shower needs replacing, there was some kind of blood/ or who knows what on door frame. We would have immediately left if we weren't with a group. I would expect this from a 1 or 2 star hotel, but they have this rated as a 4 star! Far from it! Hilton needs to replace the management of this hotel because this will put a bad taste in people's mouth when staying at a Hilton Garden Inn. Not all are the same!

Dirty! Dirtiest hotel I've ever been in. For some reason several of the rooms , including mine, had the doors open. The hallways are dirty, walls are filthy, mattress had something on it, mold in the bathroom, corners of the bed had hairs and food. Just don't do it.
