A Very Well-Run Hotel and a Good Night's Sleep We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Cleveland, TN on our recent trip. The hotel was very nice. When we checked in we were greeted by Leyna. She was working the reception desk; she was very friendly and very professional. It is one of the best check-in experiences I have had. She explained the hotel to us and was very efficient. Our room was very comfortable. We slept well. We watched a little TV before bed and it functioned well and was intuitive. The bathroom was roomy and had nice finishes. Hot breakfast was included in the room rate. The breakfast was very good. Holiday Inn Express is known for their excellent hot cinnamon rolls and they were very good. There were also many other choices for breakfast including pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, coffee, milk, juice, fruit, and other choices. It was a good selection and the quality was good. We enjoyed breakfast. I recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Cleveland, TN.

Tops everything was top notch!!!! Layna was a super host at check-in and Darci was also excellent this morning. lots of food options. The room and the entire place was very clean. Breakfast had lots of options. Everything was better than expected, except finding a way to write a review.

Couple time❤️ Right from arriving to the Lobby, the experience was easy....which led to the room. Everything was spotless..right amount of towels....beds were superb. Breakfast was better than some restaurants we have eaten at. We will stay there again!

go to Marriott We usually stay at these facilities but never again. Requested handicapped room with roll in shower and get there and there was a tub. Their response was sorry and that was it. Bathroom fan didn't work either. $200 for an unusable room.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cleveland Generally nice, bits showing signs of needing updating. Breakfast below expectations, no cereals, pancake machine broken (looked to have been like this a while), no serving tongues for bread and bagels meaning you are eating food people have been rummaging amongst.
