Clean and Fresh Stayed here for one night on the way to Gatlinburg. Hotel was very clean and fresh looking. Staff was friendly. The clean hotel and a comfortable bed were exactly what I was expecting. Parking may be a little tight if they get full, I had to go around back but found ample spaces there. Would stay again if I’m the area.

We would stay again This hotel was clean & conveniently located after a long day of driving. We had our dog with us & requested a ground floor room. Only reason I don’t give it a 5 star is because they have an on site dining area that we were hoping to use but the person working on Saturday night said he was not the cook. So we had to venture out to have dinner with our dog left in the car. FYI breakfast is not included at this facility. We would stay again.

Sheets look clean. That's it. 406 Absolutely Filthy. Side door closest to LQ doesn't work with key. Both the refrigerator and the heater make horrible rattling noises. Even though it's February there was a flying beetle in here. We only stayed because we have a pet. Parking lot has booze bottles and condom wrapper.

Some Minor Issues Stayed one night at the Holiday Inn - Cleveland. A clean and quiet hotel. There was no one to greet us at the desk when we arrived… limited staffing obviously at night. The restaurant could only offer half of its menu, as the cook could not use the grill. Internet speeds were quite slow. Close to I-75.

Our 3 night stay. Updated and clean. Friendly staff especially the breakfast waitress and Lisa at the front desk. Lisa was very helpful with our boarding passes. Food was just ok. There are restaurants in the area to make up for that. Pool was clean. Overall very good experience.
